Called for curbside, when I called inside to ask about the delay was told they don?t go outside after dark, I need to come in. ... It was 5:20 pm. When I got inside three workers had no idea where my order was. Finally another worker figured out anotheremployee was in the process of giving my order to another patron. I really enjoy the chicken fingers and special sauce. When I have gone here previously they deserved a 5 rating. This time, the... food was prepared in advance. I usually love Canes and have been to many locations around the metro. I went here tonight and the fries were undercooked and... soggy. We only got 5 strips in the 6 strip Caniac combo. One of my tenders had a hard spot in the middle that was inedible. Thestaff seemed uninterested and were gossiping. I?ll be avoiding this location in the future. Read more

We ordered a 25 piece tailgate and they did not include any canes sauce. Got home and realized it. When we called them and told... them we'd go back to get the sauce, they were unsympathetic and questioned us. Their response was, "we'll see what we cando". I went inside to order as the drive thru is always fully backed up. Though I order for dine-in, they gave me the order to-go. In... hindsight, it was good this happened as the inside of the dining area was disgusting. Spilled drinks on the floor and some ofthe tables, and all the tables had food leftover specs on them. ALL of them. I've been to other Cane's locations that areequally busy, but are well maintained inside so I'm not sure what is going on with the Roseville Mall location, other thanManagement not doing their job. this is the worst canes experience i?ve ever had. i payed for a 3 finger combo to get extra sauce, when i went to get the extra... sauce not only did i not get it, but the bread was uncooked and the fries were old. and to just put a cherry on top we got cutoff in the driveway twice. makes me mad when i really love canes and this is what i get. do better please. Chicken strips only... they were fresh, tender, nice and hot. I am not a fan of the sauce. I wish they had a non breaded option... or gluten free option. For my personal opinion, it is fine for those who want to eat only breaded boneless chicken strips. Read more

How y?all just open and it?s disgusting? Service wasn?t great, chicken was cold and soggy. They were also very tiny strips than... what you normally get. Their sauce was also really nasty at this location. Every other canes I?ve ever gone to is really good.This one disappointed. Made my boyfriend sick as well. Hopefully they improve with time.
