Very slow, out of many types of the bread, and they put the lettuce on last (even after the sauce), forcing you to ask for... lettuce several times to which they just stare at you blankly without putting the lettuce on. So weird. Read more

I was very disappointed by the fact that I stood in line for more than 30 minutes, while employees made grub hub (order ahead... and pickup in store) orders of people who were not even there before they made the sandwiches of customers who were actuallywaiting in line. Read more

This place is so amazingly slow regardless of the time or how many people are in line.. never enough staff. Ever. Subs are good... though and the workers are nice.. I feel bad for them because they likely don't control the staffing and are consistentlyoverwhelmed. Read more
First time there, was a little nervous.They don?t give you a word in edgewise when picking your items, felt ignored the entire... time, like Jesus Christ give people a minute to answer and speak, when I mentioned I wanted meat on my sandwich because Irealized there was a miscommunication, instead just putting it on there the three collectively looked at me like I?d grown asecond head. It wasn?t a big deal, I just said I wanted an Italian bmt, but they acted like I was asking for the moon and seemedto grudgingly put on. I don?t know why I had to repeat myself when they could hear me. Awful experience, customer serviceseverely lacking.
