Honestly this was the best Chinese food I had outside of NYC. The food is sooooooooo good. The staff is amazing. I came for... dinner one day. Next day I went for lunch. My friend says the chicken wings are the best. I had garlic shrimp and omg**chefs kiss .. 5 stars. I love everything about this place. Anytime I come back to Minnesota. I will be stopping by here?. Food a little pricey but worth it. Read more

Good Dan Dan noodles but way overpriced for its tiny portion for $14+ and dumplings were good but the sauce was way too salty... and expensive also, $12+ for 6 dumplings. The flavor was not worth the price and quantity. Read more

If you favor the spicy Szechuan cuisine then look no further. The fish soup with vegetables was exactly how we like it. While we... dined there, I saw many local customers take out meals. I really enjoyed the congee with pork and jelly egg is spot on. Read more

I have dined in the restaurant twice and been pleased with the experience both times. The tangerine chicken is crispy and... flavorful with dried chili peppers for heat. The vegetable lo mein has the good fried flavor from the wok and plenty ofvegetables. The cream cheese wontons had a lot of filling. Read more

I wanted to be super impressed... Clean, well lit, and open dining area. Polite & attentive staff as well. I wasn't impressed... with the food Arriving i was offered a menu, but told the correct prices were in their online tool. Everything went up... $2?3is a little much to me. But a Qt of soup went from $7 up to $12... its just egg in broth! The real story - food was a littlehit or miss. The Young Chow Rice - great. Plenty of flavor and ingredients ... Still not a $14 item... The Sesame Chicken, just breading and sauce. No real feature aside from the sauce flavor. (Broccoli was cooked perfectly!) Egg Drop Soup - itneeded flavor and really disappointing at @12... I was ready for a $30-35 bill, but $44 to get out the door... Just not in myfuture I guess. Read more

I recommend this restaurant! The moo shu pork was very tasty. The pancakes were super thin and held up well to plum sauce and... cabbage, mushrooms, egg and pork. We also shared an order of fried pork dumplings. We just got 1 order of each item and it wasplenty of food for 2 people. I did order an extra portion of plum sauce at the reasonable price of $1. Plenty of parking. Onlineordering takeout was easy with ChowNow. Convenient location kitty corner from Har Mar off of Snelling. Read more

Overall: 4 (food 4; service 4; ambiance 4; price 3, cleanliness 4) This hole in the wall restaurant was fantastic! You can... barely notice the spot from the outside but it's worth the visit. Delicious homemade flavors that tingle the taste buds. Somedishes were on the salty side but addition of rice settles the pallette. Server was attentive and very polite. We were the onlytable (x3) at the time. Amid our meal, a few more tables were seated with guests. Given there was only one server, it wasreasonable the server was absent when needed a few times for water refill, etc. However, she was still servicing the bestpossible. Definitely going back! We ordered many things but our favorites were the pan fried pork dumplings, the cold appetizerof spicy thin pork slices drizzled with chili oil (packed with flavor and good in its own, with rice, or snacked throughoutmeal), and Mapo Tofu. On the salty side: spicy Szechuan chicken wings, crispy duck (some pieces were dry to the taste), dry potsquid and spicy beef noodle soup (noodles were light and delicious-my daughter practically ate almost all--not as spicy). Otherdishes: Hot and sour soup-suttle hot and sour taste with more ginger hints but needed more umami punch; egg drop soup-lighterflavor; Szechuan dumplings in chili oil-very tasty and moist with perfect saltiness; Singapore noodles-fragranced with curry andnot overly greasy like typical fast Chinese spots- although it could use more vegetables and a pinch of salt.
