Always amazed at Total Wine and the large variety they have of liquor not just wine. I always find something odd, unusual, or... unique that becomes one of my favorites. They usually give out samples, yes, liquor samples. I find the prices more competitivethan any other liquor store around in the area. Generally a nice clean store that is laid out well and easy to navigate withgood signage. Always pleasant staff willing to talk to you or answer your questions. Good selection and decent prices do not make up for the horrendous service I got. The cashier Alondra was extremely rude to me... for literally no reason. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, didn?t even bag the few items I purchased. I get that times arerough but I was nothing but nice and she just met me with immediate hostility. Been here the first time to buy Japanese Sake; so many to choose from but I did bought some decent imported sake. Checkout line... was overcrowded with only two cashier on deck; that's why its a four star rating could be better. Pricing was decent compared toother competitors out there, location is kinda far from home but still an amazing trip; can get super busy on Saturday. Read more
The treatment from the moment you enter until the time of paying was my good... I bought a PAMA to make a Boricua-style... mojito???????????????? I found everything even the bottle with the measurement and drawing. As a mojito... I found everythingat very good prices... ???? Capita rum but I was looking for Bacardi from PR and had from Cuba ???? I would like someone whospeaks Spanish to work at the checkout... The cashier girl wanted to say something. And when she said that she didn't speakEnglish..???????. she didn't speak to me anymore... As a former United States Marine Corps Veteran the treatment and service here was absolutely disgusting. I simply came in... yesterday and asked a gentleman who looked like the manager with grey hair and glasses where some mixers were and what Ireceived in response was ?not my problem? and then he continued to gossip about and I quote ?stupid annoying customers and lazycorporate? with his friend with dark hair.
