waited 20 mins at the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me. one car in front of me took 15 mins alone asking about every coupon... to save 3 bucks and redid order multiple times. second i get to the window they say they're closed. 10:00... google says closesat 12. waste of time and gas. go to arbys instead Read more
We ordered a crave case with cheese and he repeated the correct order back to me. But we got a case with out cheese, so we took... it back and he took the burgers her gave us with out the cheese to add cheese to them. And we still paid for the cheese becausehe rang it up wrong to begin with. They don’t follow through with the orders and it’s just a waste of time here. I use to live in the cities when I was little, loved going here and still do. We went around 3pm, ordered up a craver case.... Didn't take long, sat in the parking lot enjoying them. Watched about a 23 yr old girl standing in the median pan handling. Thena black lady approached my truck asking me for money cuz she was hungry. Offered her some of our burgers and she said she wasdiabetic and couldn't eat there. So I gave her $5 and watched her walk across the street to the sandwich shop on the othercorner. Another time a black guy was trying to sell his coat saying he needed money to eat. Just gave him all the change in mypocket. Then as I was leaving with 3 craver cases he walked across the street to the bar. This was also around 3pm. Good time toget food, bad time for pan handlers. Read more
Drive thru a bit slow and had a pan-handler standing asking people for money right before the window. The sliders were put... together nicely and fries fresh. Usually have to double check the bag to make sure they actually gave you the sauce ordered. Biggest pet peeve! Read more
Walked in to order food. Nobody standing in line, 3 cars in drive thru. 4 people working very slowly. "Looked bored and like... they didn't wanna be at work". Cashier walked out and locked the door and said lobby is closed. Terrible customer service stillhungry.. Read more
This is hands down one of the most disgusting places you'll ever eat. The employees do not wash their hands don't care about... their job and will treat you so disrespectful you are thank you are locked up. The only reason any of us ever go to WhiteCastle is for the sliders when you're completely drunk or hung over. Read more
White Castle is the best! I love their sausage breakfast toast sandwich and of course Sliders with cheese. Yum.
Order the number to substitute the fries for six face chicken ring they gave me four chicken rings. I gave her a $50 bill change... a 3965 she gave me back 3520 close the window as I was counting the money and did not open it back up. SMH just location haswent down. Read more
