Every time we visit this location the kitchen is pumping out orders, but it's like pulling teeth to get your order into your... hands. Whether the kitchen forgot to call out the name or you arrived afterward, the front of house seems incapable of goingthrough the orders again even when asked. They'll call some and skip others, they'll stand there doing nothing. Last nightspecifically had a lobby full of about 20 people all waiting for orders. It wasn't until the worker was asked two separate timeswhat orders were up that anyone started to get their food. Our bag had been sitting on the shelf for the entire 30 minutes wewere there waiting and was never called out until the worker was pushed yet again to read off some names. The food was of coursecold when we got home. I don't know if it's mismanagement or what but this is our experience here every. single. time. Read more
Food was good as always. took a while to get out, but it was made fresh so I can hardly complain. Restaurant atmosphere is great... for a large chain. Recommend coming here if you are in the mood for wings. Read more
Not the cleanest on the inside, but not trashed. There was an employee filling ranch cups at a table near the front door -... seemed to be creating a bit of a mess. They also didn't get my online order so they made it fresh and thankfully it didn't takelong. Wings (bone-in, dry rub) were surprisingly really good! I'm a fan. Read more

The service was slow, the girl taking my order was pretty rude. It was my first time there and didn?t know what I wanted and she... made me feel rushed. She definitely didn?t like her job and it showed. The drinks were heavily chlorinated I dumped the drink,the fries and wings were soggy. I drove 2 hours and was disappointed. Read more
I love coming here for wings. Though they have wings and other chicken options outside of the wings, the sauces they have range... from more of a sweet-ish taste with a slight kick to very spicy. I do enjoy the selection of food they have as well. It can geta bit busy sometimes, but they do make everything fresh. Expect a bit of a wait, but that comes with getting decent (fresh)food! The place has a cute airplane motif. I ordered a small set of wings with the bones in.. (you get a choice between boneless or... with the bones). Wings were delicious and had a crispness to them. I ordered the Hot Korean sauce. To me it tasted on the moremild side with just enough heat to leave my lips feeling warm after eating. I recommend. The main suggestion I have is they needto add napkins in the bag - lots of them. BBQ wings are a messy business. Second trip: ordered 8 pieces, half with mangohabenaro and half with BBQ bayou. Fries were on the soft side. Mango habenaro is spicy but not crazy hot. BBQ bayou was tasty.To me tasted like a mildly hot sweet sauce. Still could use more napkins. This time I thought to ask for some but only got 3 toshare between two people with two orders. Read more
