1st Time- It took them 2 HOURS to deliver, but I let it go and understood that every establishment has their days. 2nd Time-... The person delivering left our pizza on our front porch WITHOUT even ringing the doorbell.... in the RAIN! My front door isglass, and I just happened to see it getting drenched while heading upstairs by pure chance. 3rd Time- Over the phone, employeetold manager that I was 'getting on her nerves'- granted, she sounded like a teenager with possible special needs, who couldn'tgrasp what I was trying to communicate. Will I go back? Not for a looong time. Whoever owns this establishment will eventuallybe forced to address the issues, and they should probably start with management- they set the tone, build the culture, andenforce expectations. I've never experienced these issues at any other Pizza Hut. I'll give it a year. Until then, I'llpatronize the other nearby pizza joint that just opened. Read more

I'm really dissapointed.. my roommate and I got a Buffalo chicken pizza. The pieces were severely unevenly cut and some of the... pieces were undercooked, or felt undercooked from the squishy feeling some of these big pieces have. Ordered at the window. While waiting noticed an employee get up from the dining area and proceed to the kitchen without washing... his Hands. He walked into the prep area, grabbed a box and placed it on the side. Then picked up a pizza that had been startedand began to sprinkle cheese. That person had dropped his cell phone, picked it up from the "floor" and went on to handle foodwhile touching other prep areas. I was happy my pizza was already in the oven. After my review below, I am coming back to change it. The owner took the time to reach out to me and apologized for my... experience and speak to me about my experiences. She was very friendly and sincere with our conversation. I will be back becauseof her and appreciate the follow up and not dismiss the situation like many other places do. I have been here 2 times and bothtimes have been completely dissatisfied. Both times there has been a long wait. The latest time I was told my order wasn'tready, the employee told me that she would bring my order to me in 5 minutes and asked me to park in the front. 15 minuteslater, I still had no pizza. I witnessed her eat her own pizza though. I walked in and she had no idea who I was or rememberedtelling me that she would bring me my pizzas. They had been waiting in the warmer the whole time. I took my pizzas and told herthank you for having me wait longer and she rolled her eyes. She did not apologize before my comment so that is why I had acomment. Another customer decided she wanted to butt in and started cursing me out on behalf of the employee so I responded. Theemployee was smirking the entire time. The worst Pizza Hut location. Slowest service and with absent minded employees. We ordered 11/18/2022 8:10pm , we received our... order almost 8pm. And it?s incomplete! We patiently waited to be called. We did not complain. However, our order was alreadyready seating there.. worst unapologetic employees. Read more
