Worst McDonald's service ever. I ordered food at the kiosk and kiosk was not accepting the credit cards. You had to stand in... line to pay and nobody was attending the counter. It took 15 minutes before someone showed up at the counter and another 10minutes before I got the food. I tried to order something else and gave up after 10 minutes of wait. Read more
For the most part my food always taste good and Ive had no issue with it. Its simply like any other McDonald?s. Though I would... say the customer service is horrible. It really depends who?s working. Tonight, there was a really sweet hispanic girl working and she got my order right. other times... it?s rude incompetent workers who make the order wrong, missing items, etc. That girl with long hair in a ponytail needs araise! Read more
I ordered a sweet tea and small fry, was told to pay at next window and when I got to the pick up window, I was told to pull up... in front and they will bring my order out. If I was told before I paid, I would have went somewhere else. It was not busy inside and the drive thru moved pretty quick. My order was brought out to me within a few seconds so why couldn't it have beengiven to me at the pick up window AND the worked went to the car behind me with my order first. Read more

99.6795% of the time they get my order wrong. My receipt shows 20 M nuggets with 3 BBQ sauces and 6 additional BBQ sauces for a... total of 9 nuggets. This location always gives me sweet n' sour sauce instead. They gave me the wrong sauce and only 4 saucesinstead of the 9 I ordered. Also the same sauce issue with the lady before me. Also, as you can see by my receipt, I ordered formobile curbside whatever and sat in parking spot 4 for approximately 15 - 20 minutes. Then I went inside stood in line another 5- 10 minutes saw my bag with a BIG 4 on it and asked for my food. I gave them 2 stars because they at least have the courtesy tonot spit in my food. Don?t order from this McDonald?s? particularly if you are ordering online. They are the only restaurant I know that uses online... ordering as an excuse to leave out special requests of the order as well as leave out parts of the order altogether. They alsomake it a point to give you the trash they have in the back if you order online. This is a restaurant you absolutely have to goto and look over the shoulders of the employees as they make your meal if you want it correct. And even then it?s a gamble. Saveyourself the trouble and boycott them. Read more
