I normally ordered from this place but on Christmas day they had stated they were too busy to deliver food. They were very rude... and hypocritical one moment I was able to get a delivery in the next moment I wasn't funny thing is I only took them $5 for justbringing me food but they stated that I would have had to wait two hours and that I should call back at one hour because theywere so busy. It's very sad though because I don't take disrespect lightly and I'm very kind when I talk to people that handlein my food since I'm writing such a poor review I will definitely never call triple Eatery ever again! We always tell them specifically how we like our food prepared - no salt added, not much sauce, etc - and they follow it to the... detail. The quality is really quite good. We also pick it up as soon as it's ready & super fresh. Read more

Sadly this place went down the hill in the last year or so. Before they used to have good service. Food was made fast and... delicious. Now it takes about 1-1.5 hour to receive an order with 3 items which are not tasty as before. Customer service isbad, phone people are very rude and disrespectful. Delivery driver expect you to go to their cars to retrieve your order,completely wrong after being charged for "processing fee, delivery fee and also giving tip". Read more
