Every time I order from this location on Uber eats, I have to wait over a hour , my delivery driver gets switched multiple times... because the workers are taking too long to complete the order. It's been a while since I had Wingstop, and it absolutely crushed it today. Delivery was super fast. Wings were hot, fresh, and... crispy. Fries were perfect. I placed an online order at this location and according to the website and my confirmation email, my order should be ready in... 21-26 minutes. So my bf shows up 25 minutes later to pick up our order, only to be told that the store ?never got our order?.They took the order information from the confirmation email, and told him they would start working on it. They then had him waitaround for another 20 minutes before telling him that our order was cancelled and we should receive a refund in 3 days or so.Sooo, we spent $54.98 that we now need to wait days to get back, & 45 minutes of waiting, to receive NO FOOD.
