The food is good. However never ever call to order for pick up. The employees either never answer, hang up or get your order... wrong. The employees I've encountered there are extremely unprofessional in how they talk to customers. They only get 3 starsbecause the food is good that about it. Read more

Every time I order from this location on Uber eats, I have to wait over a hour , my delivery driver gets switched multiple times... because the workers are taking too long to complete the order. And then after waiting for over a hour, my order gets cancelledall together. If you guys can?t fulfill Uber eats orders then maybe you shouldn?t offer it. It's been a while since I had Wingstop, and it absolutely crushed it today. Delivery was super fast. Wings were hot, fresh, and... crispy. Fries were perfect. Even the carrots and celery were fresh and good?none of that wet, floppy celery you usually get fromwing places. Easily the best experience I've had with Wingstop. It seems like they've stepped up their game and are reallybringing the quality. Maybe I'll order next Saturday too... Read more

I am very upset with wingstop. I ordered through their website and they were supposed to deliver through DoorDash. HOWEVER, the... DoorDash driver stole my food as they did NOT deliver it. I called DoorDash costumer support and they said they are unable togive me a refund because I ordered on the wingstop website. I tried called for three days and every time I do it says their lineis busy. I call multiple times throughout the day and I doubt their line is always busy. I want my money back. You owe me$32.65. The order name was under my boyfriend?s ?Nesther? order number ?11917724094480387.? I want my refund because the ordernever came. I waited two hours. Your business is so unprofessional. I placed an online order at this location and according to the website and my confirmation email, my order should be ready in... 21-26 minutes. So my bf shows up 25 minutes later to pick up our order, only to be told that the store ?never got our order?.They took the order information from the confirmation email, and told him they would start working on it. They then had him waitaround for another 20 minutes before telling him that our order was cancelled and we should receive a refund in 3 days or so.Sooo, we spent $54.98 that we now need to wait days to get back, & 45 minutes of waiting, to receive NO FOOD. Honestly thislocation usually provides terrible service, and I usually go a long time without ordering from here for that exact reason! I did not receive my order. Placed order online at 4:17, got to shop at 4:37. Was told to wait 5mins. At 4:54 I requested a... manager and refund. Manager was nice but the staff was disorganized and wasted an hour of my time that I will never get back.This location needs more efficient staff and manpower. Always have an issue at this location. I understand that business gets busy. But today it?s packed full of angry customers. A lot of people had a made an onlineOrder... just to wait over an hour for their food and still be told a few more minutes, When a few more minutes was an hour plus ago. Andwhat doesn?t help is if you want to cancel your order you would have to call the restaurant as your only option. But the problemwith that is the restaurant is to busy so who?s going to stop to answer the phone, right? There is a staff of four people .There has to be a better system. People are walking out without a refund and without food. But hey the plus side is....wheneveryou do get your food it comes out hot and fresh for the people who stayed and waited...????????? Completely wrong order was delivered. Hell, I think I got someone else's order, literally everything was wrong. I ordered 20... Mango habanero wings and large Voodoo fries and I didn't get either.
