It’s easier to go over the things that were memorable about this restaurant rather than discuss the poor staff attitude, loud... music, poor service and overpriced average food. This place is a total rip off and is one of the last such places like this leftin the New York area in that it offered nothing for ridiculous prices absolutely nothing. Don’t waste a nickel of your hardearned money in this place. Read more

The list of things that are wrong with this Resturant are extensive so it’s easier to list what was good rather than discuss,... poor service, bad attitude, loud music, dark Resturant, mediocre food, inattentive waiters and ridiculously high prices foraverage food. To the good stuff, is we left and will never return again to be ripped off like this again!!! Thank you!!! Read more

Great food but they really rush you in and out. But the staff was very sweet and nice. Nice wine selection as well.

The closest thing to a perfect dining experience that I've ever experienced. Incredible service from the moment you walk in.... Within 2 minutes of us sitting down, and before even ordering our drinks, there was zucchini, soppressata, parmesan blocks andbread spread out across our table. Clams oreganata and lobster ravioli for appetizers. I'm not the biggest fan of ravioli, butthey were delicious. The clams were so good that I ended up drinking from the plate. I ordered the veal marsala and my Fiancéordered the osso buco. Both were incredible, the veal melted in our mouths, but I actually preferred the marsala because of thedelicious sauce. Very generous portions that we ended up with enough leftovers for lunch the next day. With respect to pricing, expect to pay steak house prices. However, it is absolutely worth it. Il Mulino is undoubtedly one of my top 3 favoriterestaurants of all time. Must go. Read more

Located on Northern Blvd (25A) Il Mulino is recognized as one of the premiere Italian restaurants in Long Island. Hospitality... Service - great service from wait staff to managers. Everyone is very kind and friendly. Culinary Science - well prepped foodwith quality ingredients used in traditional way. Great wine selection. Ground has a wine cellar in the lower level for privateevents. Design- the space is dimly lit with a Tuscan ambience for both exterior and interior. Great setting for a romanticevening with a special someone. Read more

We had a 6pm reservation arrived 40 min early so we started with a cocktail at the bar. Service at the bar as expected perfect.... We were served their own chips dusted eith a parmesean garlic powder that were delicious. We decided to move on to dinner andwere seated at a cozy little table for 2 in the right rear of the dining room. If you like it quiet this is a great time to goon a Fri.eve . We were quickly served our choice of bread some salami bruchetta fresh slices of parmesean marinated friedzucchini slices...and wow what a way to start dinner. I asked for clams casino which was not on the menu and I was gratefullytold checf could make and they were DELICIOUS! My husband had the fried Burrata with plumbs...oh yummm For my entree I had thechi Chicken Limone which was tender juicy and so flavorful. My husband had Veal Milanese which was cooked to perfection with abeautiful tasty arugula salad on top. Drinks were quicky refilled there was never a time you had to look for your waiter. OkDesert ....OH MY! I had the poached pears that were arranged on your plate with fresh ricotta and berries by your waiter and letme tell you so tender not overly sweet so worth trying My husband had the ricotta cheesecake which he said has never had such atasty one anywhere else...I say Il Mulinos is a go to .
