First time at this location but the salad wasn?t chopped which is the whole premise of the restaurant and what makes it unique.... Perhaps their policy changed and it?s optional but every customer should be asked as I can?t see what goes on behind thechopping station to know. I was in your restaurant on August 2 at 7:50 pm. I was ready to order 2 salads as I usually do and to my surprise they informed... me that they cannot accept cash at that time but only credit cards. I did not have my credit card on me at the time and in factI told them that I can give them exact change but they refused to serve me. This is not right, I went to a nearby subway andthey were happy to take my cash. Not sure if I will ever return to your restaurant again if this is your policy Also I am notsure if what you did this evening was legal but I will check with the Nassau County Department of Consumer Affairs. I know thatduring the early stages of the pandemic numerous restaurants did not accept cash but this was clearly not the reason you refusedto take cash today. Our experience was horrible. It was our first time here and we told your staff exactly that. We waited on the side and reviewed... your menu without disturbing your other customers. None of your staff took the time to explain the menu or what is the bestthing to try for adult or kids. We continued to order and the manager was unfriendly and the food was horrible. Hardly anychicken in the kid?s salad and the chicken in the adult salad was disgusting. Not only that, but the grains in the adult saladwere uncooked and hard as stone. The tables outside were dirty. Pretty good salad! Nothing revolutionary but this is a quality quick food stop for healthy and healthy ish options. The palm... beach with ranch dressing was great, added some extra goodies and it was enjoyable. Pleasant and speedy workers. Read more

The fact that I am a daily Starbucks go-er, and the fact that... this Chopt is located DIRECTLY next to Starbucks, makes me go 1-2 a week lol. It?s good and yummy, clean and nice interior andexterior. Staff is very sweet. But the quality of the food isn?t outstanding. It?s a chain, you get what you buy. Finally had a chance to try this place. Came in for lunch after seeing their website. First - brand new place so the place was... immaculate. The staff all seemed very happy and friendly. The sheer number of options can be intimidating at first. We orderedthe classic Cobb salad and the warm chicken tinga bowl. I got the bowl with cauliflower rice for a little extra. This was myfirst time trying it instead of real rice. I will tell you that it's different but kind of not really noticeable ultimately.Great way to reduce your carbs. Both came with a piece of crust but chewy bread (not a good way to reduce your carbs). Anywaythe salads were really good and fresh tasting. The girl who served me Wednesday February 23 at 2022 at 7:50 at night made my salad with the worst attitude in the world and in... the worst way I received a salad made in the most wrong way possible I really don't know what it was the girl's problem when Iasked her very kindly to put extra Dressin in my salad and that I wanted it finely chopped apparently the girl found it verydifficult and a very heavy job to go to refill the bottle of dressing and seeing perfectly well that practically the bottle hada half ounce of dressing when i told her i wanted a lot of dressing on my salad please the girl decided to squeeze the bottleand AND practically put air in my salad i think if she had told me to hold her a minute she was going to refill the boat I wouldhave waited patiently but the truth is that the girl decided to do her job very badly. eating the same salad at differentlocations in Chopt and nothing like this has ever happened to me and I have never had such an unpleasant experience to beginwith my salad had no dressing and when I asked him for the third time to please put more he kept putting air on me seeingperfectly that the bottle had no dressing and for the third time I had to ask him for more dressing and he told me Ocea do youwant me to put more in it and I said yes and he gave it to me very reluctantly it was really disgusting his unpleasant attitudeincompetent despot rude I think that is what characterizes this location I suppose I really would not have taken all the timethat I have taken to write this review but I received the most horrible attention that I have received in my entire life I havenever felt so bad with customer service I don't understand what the girl's problem was when I was very kind and respectful toher but she decided to give me the worst service ever.
