DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! GO TO THE ONE ON ROSLYN ROAD THE SERVICE IS SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!! I placed an... order on line for 2 items. My friend texted me that he wanted a coffee and I added the coffee to the order. The guy behind thecounter stated that he didn't receive it. I showed him on my phone that I placed 3 items on this order and he literally refusedto give me the second coffee I ordered. He started screaming at me after I said FINE I'LL PAY FOR ANOTHER ONE and would not makemy coffee. I will never step foot in this Dunkin again. I went to the other Dunkin on Roslyn Road and they gentleman behind thecounter was so nice and helped me out with the situation. The worst customer service I ever faced i had it in this location. A team member his name karunakaran was nasty . He is not... communicating and he was yelling and throwing food. when I asked him why you're doing that he said get out here . Other teammember came in he was nice and respectful. I went into this store on the way to work one morning to pick up a sourdough sandwich and a coffee. I specifically asked before... I ordered if the toaster was working. A few minutes later I watched the other lady putting the bread into the oven with the eggon it. I showed her the picture on the wall and explain that it should be toasted and for the next almost 15 minutes the entirestore which was about 5 or 6 workers came to a halt to either talk to me or watch others talking to me and no one finished thesandwich.
