DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! GO TO THE ONE ON ROSLYN ROAD THE SERVICE IS SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!! I placed an... order on line for 2 items. My friend texted me that he wanted a coffee and I added the coffee to the order. The guy behind thecounter stated that he didn't receive it. I showed him on my phone that I placed 3 items on this order and he literally refusedto give me the second coffee I ordered. He started screaming at me after I said FINE I'LL PAY FOR ANOTHER ONE and would not makemy coffee. I will never step foot in this Dunkin again. I went to the other Dunkin on Roslyn Road and they gentleman behind thecounter was so nice and helped me out with the situation. The worst customer service I ever faced i had it in this location. A team member his name karunakaran was nasty . He is not... communicating and he was yelling and throwing food. when I asked him why you're doing that he said get out here . Other teammember came in he was nice and respectful. If I didn't pass this place everyday I would NEVER go here! As it is, I debate DAILY to just go out of my way and go somewhere... else. Every morning I wait 15-30 minutes online, to order a coffee. I only know he is ready to take my order, because no oneelse is in front of me. I don't even think I have ever heard the employee speak...let alone a hello. And forget mobile ordering!I tried that 3 times. Today I ordered 15 minutes in advance, and when I go in I waited ANOTHER 15 minutes before asking theemployee if the order was ready(there was 8 tickets just sitting there waiting to be filled). Fast food employees should not be put at the counter/register during the busy time of the day......lack of knowledge and bad... dispensing or preparation of products is frustrating. Then you get the guy in the back who's supposedly prep g food comes upfront to handle money and cards and not clean his hands when he goes back. Read more
I went into this store on the way to work one morning to pick up a sourdough sandwich and a coffee. I specifically asked before... I ordered if the toaster was working. A few minutes later I watched the other lady putting the bread into the oven with the eggon it. I showed her the picture on the wall and explain that it should be toasted and for the next almost 15 minutes the entirestore which was about 5 or 6 workers came to a halt to either talk to me or watch others talking to me and no one finished thesandwich. I ended up to be a little over 10 minutes late for work and up to now can't figure out what's so hard working at aCoffee shop. Read more
