The food was great and they burned my chicken perfectly! (Yes I'm one of those.) Jason was our server and he was absolutely... wonderful. HOWEVER, the hostess, Georgia Lynn, was very rude. She seemed to not care about anything. We waited for a text to letus know our table was ready. Never got it. When we came back in to check, she had an attitude about it. Not even remembering wealready gave our name. I've been in the restaurant business myself for a long time. I've done all positions. There's no excusefor her attitude. A hostess is the easiest job in the restaurant business, not to mention they are the face of the restaurant.She sets the whole mood for customer experience. Again, Jason and the food were wonderful. Was seated pretty quick. Waiter took a bit to get to us to get me and my daughter's drinks. That's fine, maybe he had another... table to get first, fine. Ordered drinks after a couple minutes. This would be the only time the waiter would refill a drink orbring refilled chips and salsa to the table. Every other refill came from kitchen staff after they brought out the food. My foodcame or around 7 minutes later than my daughter's which means she was done and well before me. After dinner I paid and waitedfor waiter to come up to me to ask how things are because I wanted a box. I waited way too long and finally started to get up toleave when he finally comes over and I get a box. I was ready to leave. Didn't want confrontation at the restaurant. So Icalled. It was not overly busy when I left, but was told it was too busy and a manager would call me back. Never got that callback. I've been here many many times and typically don't have issues. I wanted the manager to be aware of an issue with myservices, but apparently can't be bothered to get a call back. I won't come to this location anymore. No thanks. Read more
Server was attentive and funny, had a very unique timbre to his voice, would be good for radio or asmr videos. Food was good and... had a large variety of dishes to choose from. Hostess seemed like she was ready to go home but it was 930 at night so I'll giveher a pass, I know how brutal the service industry is. Perfectly good experience. Read more
This Chili's was BUSY! We didn't have a problem being seated as Katie greeted and seated us immediately. We noticed it took... awhile for our waiter to come to our table. In the meantime, my son noticed that there were several tables that needed to bebused as people began to congregate around the hostess stand to be seated. The table behind us never got busted from theprevious Our food came out in a timely manner, but you did see patrons waiting on food and waiting to be seated. I ordered the6 oz sirloin with asparagus. Usually I love chili's restaurants, and this one was also amazing but the service was a bit slow. Also they didn't bring me... appetizer before mine main dish. But overall it was ok and still food was delicious. Read more
Had a really good steak and it was cooked exactly as I asked. The sides were well, not great. The potatoes were instant and had... to have been sitting around a bit and the steamed broccoli was warm raw broccoli. They were very busy and after all the steakwas what I really wanted and it was perfect. Great service from extremely nice and happy staff and that was a wonderful changeof pace for most restaurants lately. Read more
It's been awhile since I I've eaten at Chili's but one thing remains the same, "excellent casual customer service". The dining... area was slow, clean peaceful and well staffed. The food was very good. We did the lunch specials for two so I think we onlyspent around 40.00 including the tip. Not bad for lunch. Went on a Sunday evening around 8. Traveling on business. Ordered nachos at bar. Waited over 40 minutes. Nachos came out... over cooked and not very warm. Not only upset patron. So bad I could not eat them. Read more
