Made the HUGE mistake of putting a mobile order at this location. Got to the restaurant 10 minutes after the order was placed,... told the app what stall i was in waited 20 minutes before I finally hit the red button to talk to someone. I waited another 10minutes with no response before I finally called for a refund. Meanwhile who ever was inside kept just looking at me in my car,never came outside, never even responded back on the stall speaker box. Huge fail. Now i have to wait 7-10 business days for arefund. It's been a long time since the last time I went to Sonic. I used to love their Chicago dogs. They don't have them any longer.... Ok, so I tried an American dog. It was ok, seems a lot smaller than I remember. Lots and lots of ice in the drink. The staff wasfriendly though. So the food was nothing special. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. Read more
This place was the worst experience in 50 years of life. We first start ordering our food through the drive thru and they have... no milkshakes because machine is down, then they have no strawberries for a smoothie and when get to the window to pay, the girlwas rude and didn?t want to be there. Didn?t ask if we needed a carrier for 4 drinks. We get back to eat our food which isliterally 2 minutes down the road and out food is cold, grilled cheese not grilled or even look remotely grilled, chickensandwich was frozen in the middle and hotdog we ordered the bun was hard. I am not expecting 5 star service, I would appreciatesome courteous and manners. The final notch was hands us our bag of food Abe then slams the window door in our face before Icould ask for a drink carrier. I am truly disappointed with this Sonic. Will never return to this location!! We pulled into a stall and pushed the service button. 10 mins went by and no one came to... help us. We Backed out of the spot and went to the drive threw, only to sit there for 18 more mins to get my order taken. Iorder my meal and I asked for a chocolate milk shake and get told their machine is down. So I ordered 2 chili cheese dogs withonions and a medium chili cheese fries plus everything else for my family. We waited 11 more minutes for our food. When I got myorder it was wrong. I got 3 chili cheese dogs and no chili cheese fries instead of my dogs and fries. After already being onlocation for 39 minutes, it was not worth circling around again to get my order fixed. Then to make it even worse, To say thehotdogs were disgusting was an understatement. I have ate at many other locations many times and never had this issue! I willnot be returning. Read more
They rarely get my order right. But I keep going back because their chili dogs are good and few other places in the area have... them. Today they left off my onions. Drive through is also a little slow. Read more
Terrible!!!! went at 1:00 on 6/8 waited 10 minutes in parking spot to be told its drive thru only. Ordered food after repeating... order 3 times because they had music blaring. Pulled into patio parking to eat, our chili cheese tots had just cheese on them.Had to go back through drive thru because there is no where to go in or window to go to. Waited another 10 minutes ended up justthrowing everything away basically paid $23 for two cokes! Read more
