Would give them zero stars if that was an option. Ordered our pizza online and the tracker said the prep had started. Tracker... never moved off of that until it just reverted to the home page. Called an hour later and a recording said they had gotten ourorder and then went on permanent hold. Subsequent calls never mentioned our order again and no one ever answered the phone. Pizza never arrived - then we saw they had credited the sale. Will never order from them again. Read more
Ive been to this domino?s before and they were awesome. But today, really annoyed with how the food came out. I order cheesy... bread and literally got dough with barely any cheese. And the pizza crust was dried ou and had none of the crust seasoning. Read more
Just the worst experience I?ve ever had with any pizza joints. Got the food, but only half of it because they other weren?t... packed 3 hours later brings the cinnamon twists and garlic bread?..dead cold, just plain bread nothing on it not evenexaggerating, no butter no cinnamon no icing just cold pieces of bread. Like really what is this though? 36 dollars for coldfood and pieces of plain cold bread? Just not even food. And if you think I?m exaggerating look at the picture those weresupposed to be covered in butter and cinnamon and sugar. And it?s literally pieces of cold bread. It?s so bad it?s actuallyshocking. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude when I came in. Without me saying a word upon entry, she insisted that I needed... to "hold on" because she would "be with me in a few minutes" even though I just opened the front door. long wait, and my pizzawas very cold. like room temperature. not a fan, would rather go to a better pizza place with nicer people and better food. Placed an order for a free pizza from not receiving curbside delivery on time previously. Arrived early, waited for it to be... done. Again, curbside delivery did not happen. Went in, stood at the counter for minutes as per name on order, Jonathan wasmaking pizzas. After waiting, said I was here to pick up my order. He turned around, said extremely rudely I am the only onehere. Went back to making pizzas, slamming doors and using profanity. Pizzas falling off the conveyor belt. Same as the firsttime I went to pick up my order (there was another person there the first time). Waited again for minutes while he made morepizzas then came over to give me the order. The pizza was barely warm at this point. Trust me; I understand being short staffedand it is extremely frustrating. Though no excuse for that kind of behavior. We have patronized this Dominoes for years, goingback to the old location further up on Alpharetta Hwy. Will NEVER order from here again especially after the complete lack ofcustomer service from the same individual in such a manner. Read more
Although I ordered online for delivery, the nice manager called and said delivery was done for the night because they were short... staffed. Thanks for calling and letting me know. I have had other places never call and I find out after an hour of notgetting my pizza. I had no problem picking my order up and commend the manager for great communication. Read more
Always have great customer service here and honestly, the stuffed spinach and feta cheesy bread is a huge guilty pleasure of... mine. Highly recommend! And it?s not just because I?m pregnant. ???? Read more
Last time they took over 3 times the time estimated to deliver the food and wouldn?t answer the phone when we wanted to cancel.... Sandwich was botched I think it might?ve been old. Usually mistakes like this happen and they offer a free pizza forinconvenience. Time to switch to papa johns Read more
