I really enjoyed the veggie sub that I bought. The employees were great. I could have gone next door, but decided to go where... the filthy face diapers were not being worn. I was also disappointed that both the meatballs and the chicken contain pork. Can'tyou make these meats without mixing them with abomination? I?m not a fan of toasted sandwiches to begin with so I won?t rate the food. I am giving this a three star because of a very... long wait as I ordered online and sat at the restaurant for another 15 minutes waiting and the horrible smoke. The restaurantitself is very smoky, no pun intended. It was so bad I had to walk outside because my eyes were burning. I don?t know if this isa health code violation but they have fan exhaust problems big-time and need to fix it. Great location and great staff! I've been here twice and had always been treated properly. Even tough they are always busy, they... have a nice smile on their face. Sandwich are awesome, I got no complaints on that! Only thing, is that both time I had beenhere, there's a lot of smoke inside the location, but, to me personally it doesn't bother me. I was the only diner in the lobby, but fairly slow service for ordering just a sub. Seems like they do a fair amount of take... out and Uber orders that slowed me down. Friendly staff, sub (hook and ladder) was just okay compared to some other Firehouselocations. Read more
