My order was given 4 times at the drive thru speaker, then, repeated another 3 or 4 times at the window. I only ordered 3... different types of biscuits and it challenged the staff. Then my payment card was run twice because my first transaction wasfor someone else's order. Also, the driver behind me got impatient and began blowing his horn... It was Sunday noon at 09/11/2022. My family and I stopped at Hardee?s restaurant between 1:00 & 1:30 pm at address: 891 HOLCOMB... BRIDGE RD, ROSWELL, GA 30075 to order something for lunch from drive through. We asked for two orders of 5 PIECE-HAND-BREADEDCHICKEN TENDERS (No fries and no drink) Also, one order of 2-PIECE CHICKEN TENDER KID'S MEAL with fries and chocolate milk formy son. When I stopped at the window to pay, I found out that the Hardee?s employee charged me for my order plus twoHAND-BREADED CHICKEN SANDWICH! I told her that I didn?t order any sandwiches but she started showing the attitude and said thiswas your order and we already started your food. I was so nice that I didn?t argue for that extra charge for something that wedidn?t order and said okay never mind. Then she asked us to stop at parking lot to bring our food. It took them almost 30minutes to make our food. I think Hardee?s is a fast food and we shouldn?t stay half an hour in hot weather in the parking lotto receive our order. When she brought our food I asked her if she put forks inside the bag and she said yes. When we opened thebag there was not only no forks inside, but they didn?t put the chocolate milk for the kid?s meal for my son. I drove to theto-go window again and asked for those two items. The girl again started showing the attitude and said that everything is in thebag. I kept asking politely and after showing her all the items inside the bag she finally agreed to give us forks and thechocolate milk. When we started eating the food, it had the horrible taste of rotten oil! We didn?t complain and finished ourfood because we were very hungry. The service was slow. The hamburger and fries were tasty. The fried apple pie tasted like stale oil.
I love Hardee?s. Unfortunately this one?s slow and not managed well. It?s not always terrible but then it is a lot too. I waited... 35 minutes before my drive thru order was resolved. Read more
I?ve only ate here a few times, this morning i ordered two chicken biscuit meals. The person taking my order was extremely... friendly. There was a few cars ahead of me. Wait didn?t seem long though. Pulled up handed the girl my card and she snatched itfrom me. Then proceeded to say something and shut the window. She then asked me to pull forward so i did. Waited maybe 2mins anda gentleman brought out my order, he was friendly as well. Got home and started eating my biscuit and realized the chickenwasn?t cooked all the way. Solid choice for breakfast - lots of options and the biscuits are on point. I haven?t had Hardee?s in years so I decided to... stop by this morning for a biscuit. It?s really hard to tell if they are open or not - the dining room always looks dark andthey don?t have a lighted sign. Luckily there were cars in the drive through so I pulled in. I was able in/out under 5 minuteswith 3 cars in front of me. The gentleman who took my order was incredibly nice and got it right the first time - noquestions. The food was really good! The sweet tea is brewed and the biscuits are made from scratch. You can actually taste thebuttermilk in them. They also have a generous portion of hash rounds as you can see from the photo below. The smallest chicken breast I have ever had on a sandwich. It was also over cooked so much and so dry that I spit it out. I am... not kidding it was the worst any kind of sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. Trust me don't go here. Read more
