As the manager told us before we walked out ?don?t come here. There are better restaurants to go to. Why would you come... here?? There is a urine like smell when you walk in. Tables were not bussed with flies swarming around old food. Unswept floorswith trash on the floor. Sat down and server was doing her job however, food had to keep being sent back because it was wronglyprepared. After much frustration we asked for the manager. He looked and acted like he was a teenager. He had a terribleattitude and was passive aggressive. He accused us of just wanting to leave and not pay for our food so that?s why we werecomplaining! We had the intent to pay for what we ate so we did but gave them a harsh critique on their service. He thenproceeded to tell us we shouldn?t come there. My family was visiting and it was their first time here. I wanted to give them anexperience but they were ready to leave altogether. Read more
Place was dirty, not kept up. Service was poor. When asking questions of waitor about food served, he was real defensive. Eggs... were under cooked and hash browns were raw. Coffee grounds in the coffee. Not a good breakfast at all. Read more
This is my neighborhood IHOP. I hate to write a bad review, but I need it to change. There used to be tons of visitors here... and it was a great place to enjoy breakfast. Even the two teenagers I was with asked me not to go to this one because theservice is horrible, but I prefer to support my neighborhood businesses. They were right. The manager actually sat down in abooth across from us and took our order, the silverware wasn't just dirty but had food caked up on not just one but two of theserving sets. The manager got our order wrong and through all this not once did she say, I'm sorry. The young lady she sent overto act as our new server was very pleasant and did an amazing job. The manager just gave up, never once asked if we neededanything. She said she called her manager and she said she didn't do anything wrong. That made no sense to me. The restaurantonly had maybe 4 tables with customers so it wasn't busy. I would love to support the IHOP in my neighborhood, but I canunderstand why it's no longer busy or what it once was. Even when you pull up it looks closed because it's really dark and nolonger visited by a lot of customers cars in the parking lot. It's not the same in Alpharetta. Please do something to retrainthe manager and get our neighborhood IHOP back to where it once was. Read more
We came in after a concert and the manager told us they only had 1 cook so it was a wait. We decided to wait and it was the best... experience I?ve ever had! With just 1 waitress, 1 busboy and 1 cook they killed it! Tyana was so sweet and handled it like aboss. The food was absolutely amazing and worth the wait! Go see this amazing staff! Read more
We went here after the Backstreet Boys concert and they told us when we walked in there was about a 25 minute wait because they... only had one cook. We decided to wait. Our server was Tyana and she was absolutely phenomenal! Everyone there did a great joband I would recommend this location. Thank y?all for the awesome service. Read more
Great establishment. My husband and I came after Knotfest and it was extremely busy. We were seated quickly but understandably... had to wait to be serviced, as there were many other concert goers who had also bombarded IHOP. The manager( super nice man!!)was very apologetic and the staff was incredible- quick on their feet and working as hard as possible to take orders and getfood on the tables. Erica, our server, was so kind. I believe she said today was her third day but you wouldn?t know it. She wasso prompt and delightful. I snapped her photo (I hope she doesn?t mind). There was also a busser who not only cleaned tables,but helped do whatever anyone else needed of him without the slightest grumble. I was just super impressed with how well theirteam worked together. Overall, I believe the entire staff- from waitstaff to kitchen- handled the events of the night withprofessionalism and friendliness. Oh, and the food was great, too! Read more
If you?ve been moving all day and really have the hankering for pancakes this is the place. For me, the eggs and bacon were... overcooked - not burnt but a little too done. The pancakes were perfect. My wife enjoyed her whole meal - even the massive bowlof grits. It?s a decent place to eat - inexpensive and decent portions. Read more
Was an all around like 4.5 stars. Showed up at like 10pm and ordered food. Service was great. Calm, cool and collected. Not many... people in the building at this time. Especially the week before Thanksgiving. Strawberry and blueberry french toast was good andeverything else was great. Person I was with got messed up eggs but it happens. Would easily show up again and try and get ourlast waiter. Waiter 5/5 or 10/10 whichever you prefer. One blooper so food I'd say 4.5/5 not a real biggie though. The fix cameout fast. Read more
