The pizza itself is always great and the people are nice! But they don't actually deliver, they use Doordash which is quite... upsetting that they do not disclose that on the front end. Pick up is pretty much the only way to go. Would be 5 stars if theydelivered themselves or at least disclosed how they plan on getting it to you Read more
Tried it for the first time over a week ago. The owner was super nice. I ordered the deep dish pizza and wings. It was a tad bit... pricey but so well worth the price. It was delicious and it's the only place I will be ordering pizza from going forward. Read more
First time ordering a pizza and very pleased and will order again soon. My wife placed on our order through their website,... given a time to pick up, and order was hot, ready and on time as promised. Great service and many thanks to the young man thatgreeted me quickly and said thank you when leaving. And this is a case that so is needed for many - shop and buy local. POORLY OPERATED LOCATION! Jets is usually good but this is my second terrible experience with this location. The first time... they got our order wrong and then were rude when we reported it and refused to fix it. This time the pizza was mushy (normallycrispy) and barely had any sauce. And the normally yummy cinnamon bread was overcooked, tough, and not enough icing. Tastes likecardboard. And neither was properly pre-cut so it made a big mess. So tired of dealing with this place. Their food is great but I never seem to get the correct order, delivery time is always 2... plus hours and for how expensive it is you would think they would have good customer service to help when things are incorrect.That is not the case.
