Paid $9+ for a half empty chicken caesar wrap. Hardly any chicken, was full of lettuce and croutons. Even if it was stuffed... full, wouldn't be worth $9 w/no side or drink included. Used to really be into Jimmy John's, but it seems the prices arerising and the amount you receive is lower. 2 stars only because they guy at the window was nice. Read more
Terrible experience and one of the worst Jimmmy John's I have been to. They screw up orders frequently. I tried to contact... corporate support for a resolution first, but after 2 weeks of silence I have given up. So save your time and your money and goliterally anywhere else. Read more
The last two visits to this location have been frustrating. The first one they just forgot ingredients on my sandwich, I ordered... the number 7 and they left off the hot peppers. Not terrible and mistakes do happen so I understood. This time however, theycompletely made the entirely wrong sandwich somehow. If I?m going to be paying $20 here to eat I at least expect the correctorder even somewhat. Read more

I ordered in the drive thru one sandwich. I pull up to the window to pay. The JJ worker starts to make my sandwich. A car pulled... up a places their order. The JJ worker stops making my sandwich and starts on the car's order who is behind me! I am sitting inmy car not understanding... One order at a time... Finish one order before moving on to the next... This is anotherestablishment I will be reluctant to give my money... Read more
I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never visit this location again. Pulled in the drive thru for my family. Order a plain... with no cheese for my child. Asked to add lettuce. Very rude woman (owner I believe), "no I will not add anything to theplain" Me: but I?m not getting cheese, can I add lettuce?" Rude screaming woman "No." Me: Do you have a kids menu? Rudewoman-The plains are for the kids. Me: But you won?t let me delete the cheese and add lettuce for my Daughter? Rude woman- No,then order a regular sandwich and we will delete everything except the ham and lettuce. Me- Wow, cancel our order and I pulledaway. Beware- there is so much going on in the world, a little kindness and compassion goes a long way. I would have probablypaid for the "extra lettuce" but it was apparent this woman wanted me to have to buy a huge sandwich for my small child. This is the worst Jimmy Johns I have ever been to, the whole restaurant is filthy and my cup was covered in black mold. I have... never been sicker than when I ate here. I would give it zero stars if I could. Read more
The drive-thru was closed but they were freaky fast. You should be able to scan your receipts if you forget to use your app
