Outstanding experience at Mellow Mushroom in Roswell!!! My husband and I were greeted by the fun, friendly, and attentive... bartenders, Ashley and McKenzie. We ordered cheese bread that was delicious and as a bonus it was arranged in a beautiful spread(see pic). Best pizza in the industry. Hands down. Holy shiitake was amazing, I pity the fools who haven?t tried it yet. Also tried the... pretzel bites as the waitress recommended and was blown away. Great place for casual date night or going out with the family and kids! Terrific energy from hostesses, managers and staff. ... The menu covers all the bases from creative pizzas, burgers, salads, great Jerk Chicken Hoagie and meatball appetizers andwings. Caught it on a Monday when wine by the bottle was half-price. We have been visiting this Mellow Mushroom for years and its one of our go to spots for our young family. They have a great out... door area where we can let the kids run around a bit while we wait for our pizza. For me I love the beer selection which yougenerally don't get at a pizza place. An absolute waste of money! The pizza was inedible as is. I tried to fix it bu warming it up and adding cheese (that was not... burnt!!) But it was still awful! I was quoted 55 minutes for pickup. When I arrived on time, I waited for 20 minutes until Iasked an employee about my order. She went inside and another employee came out to ask my name again. Then he immediatelybrought my pizza out. I noticed immediately that my pizza was cold. When I got home, I then noticed the cheese was burnt, thepizza had been sitting in oil and grease, the pizza was thin and overcooked, and the pizza was not even cut. I cannot stress howterrible this experience and pizza was. The purpose of picking up pizza is for ease. If I must go home and warm up my pizza aswell as try to fix it, why did i spend money on this pizza?! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Sometimes you run into a restaurant where the staff understands service. When they hostess is her first day and she handles a... party of 12 communicates with your manager and they make sure the party is happy with food and service. You know you found agood restaurant.. My hats off to the manager, Ashley ????and her ????staff for preparing them to handle a large crowd on a busyFriday night. The service was spectacular ????and the food was delicious. The recommendations were spot on ????and I can saynothing but good things about Mellow Mushroom ????and the ????pizza, along with their pretzel bites snd Greek salad. ????
