I ordered my food as I always do on the online app for Red lobster at the Holcomb Bridge restaurant. My daughter picked up the... food curbside. I opened the bag when she got home and half the food was missing. I called and the guy who answered the phonemade me feel like I was not important enough to speak with the manager to discuss my daughter coming back to pick up the 32 ozclam chowder and the appetizer and the container of Walt’s fried shrimp that was missing from the family sized seafood trio Iordered. The manager Shawn was too busy to speak to me. I called back 3 times and never got to speak with him but yet thebartender Molly who answered the last two times was able to ask him questions. But I guess because I was in his face my orderwas less important. Then to end it all I was told that I could t get my money back or the order that I placed because theydidn’t k ow if it was taken out after my daughter picked it up. REALLY. Why would I call to just get fried shrimp which arefor my kids and the clam chowder. Ridiculous!!! To top it off my daughter has to take the meal all the way back for them togive us the money back in a gift card. SMH. I am completely disappointed. I hope the owner reads this and sees that hismanagers are dismissing people. I matter just as much as people standing there. Never again! Read more
I've been going to Red Lobster for over 40 years!! I found them, regardless what State I was visiting, to be consistent in... quality and taste......BUT this one in Roswell was a major disappointment!! I ordered Walt's shrimp dish and an order offried clams strips..... My so called baked potato was steamed and lumpy. The cheddar cheese biscuits were raw in the center,the the clam strips were nearly burnt, tasteless and hard as peanut brittle. It was like eating peanut brittle!! The shrimpwas beautifully golden brown but had absolutely no taste! All I could taste was the batter..... I was so disappointed!! Theonly decent tasting item was my Caesar salad. I would have been better off getting a fish sandwich from McDonald's!! I wouldlike to add that I ordered basically the same order at the Red Lobster located on Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, Georgia a fewweeks back Now, that was a very good and tasty meal!! Read more
Took me 10 minutes to get waited on. Watched 3 different employees walk past me and not even greet me. Restaurant wasn’t too... busy at this time but I don’t know if my server was busy at the time I got sat or what. My server was very apologetic that noone had been to me yet. I ordered a cajun chicken pasta and Cesar salad. Salad tasted warm like the lettuce had Been setting outand was wilted. The pasta was delicious though and came out super fast. I asked for a Togo box and was just brought the box andreceipt was never offered dessert. I am in the industry and even worked for a red lobster for 8 years I believe in full servicefrom start to finish. Don’t really feel like I got that from this location. Normal we would not have left overs from here but today we did. Our waiter Noah was very pleasant. My husband and I tried... something different on the menu. Great service and great food on a Friday night. We were seated for 5 people quickly (within 10 minutes) at 7:30 on a Friday... night, and food was fast and tasty. The server and server in training were so friendly, fast, and sang our birthday guest happybirthday - made our night! We love coming here and feel like the service has only improved over the last few times we havevisited this year. Read more
