For once a place that actually lives up to the hype in the quality of their food!! So tender, moist, and delicious. We ordered... 1 rack of ribs, 1 lb of Brisket, 1/2 lb of pulled pork, 2 qt of Mac n cheese, and side of Cole slaw. All 7 of us were stuft andhad plenty of leftovers for later. Decent food, the ribs are fall off the bone but the seasoning is not great like other BBQ places I've been all over the country.... The brisket is decent as well, dry in center. Awesome atmosphere with antique things, awesome seating, good service. Read more
If you come to Roswell New Mexico this bbq spot is a must!!!! My favorite was definitely the queso on the brisket nachos!!!!... Yummy ???? They have a huge food challenge here for big eaters! Man vrs food did a show here! The bar and TV setup is great!!Lots of great parking for trailers or RV?s easy in and out. Overall fantastic bbq and cold beer!! They stafff is super friendly.????
