Driving across town is bad enough when gas is $3.69 a gallon, driving across town to pickup sub par food and getting charged a... $0.99 ?Takeout? fee to pick up my own food is even worse. So, now I?m paying money to pickup my own food? It?s extremelydisappointing to see customers who are already paying inflated prices being gouged for more, and it?s even worse to get lowquality (and rotten) food in the process. Got the cheddar cheese curd appetizer and the 20 traditional wings. Rather than separate the flavors all 3 were put in one box.... This caused confusion, some people didn't know which wings were which and the flavors mixed. The whole reason to order differentflavors is so that you can get the one you want. The ranches that came with my meal were barely half filled. On top of that theydidn't give a dip for the cheddar cheese curds. I've ordered from this location a few times but it's never been done right, soI'm finally putting a review in. I think at this point I'll just switch over to Wingstop. Read more
Had lunch there. Arrived and ALL tables were dirty. We waited for host to clear a table for us. No menus, had to wait for them.... Got drinks then ordered food. No utensils, got them then food was wrong. Then a new order was made then it was wrong also. Thenhad to wait for the bill. The entire place had TRASH on the carpet. Host was standing at the front on his cell phone the entiretime instead of clearing tables or cleaning. Food was a 4 out of 10 in my opinion. I wish I could give this restaurant negative stars. Food was OK but everything else was gross. Love how the host would clean the... tables as people came in, instead of actually cleaning each booth when needed. So much trash and garbage everywhere. I'm a fan of BWW and was glad to see one in Roswell, so much so that we changed our lunch plans to go here. The place is clean... and has all of the traditional things you'd expect from a chain restaurant. The service was really good. All of our food was outfast and came hot and good as always. My only complaint is that my traditional wings were tiny. I don't know if it was just thebatch or a supply chain thing. It was still a good dining experience. Read more
Put in my order today 7/4/2022 @1724 and had to wait a little yet even them knowing that I specify a cooked time of 24min for... the traditional wings and me being knowledgeable on how they should come out since 2017, it came out incorrect, the skin wasstill soft and not crunchy like usual. So now waiting another 24min sitting at the restaurant. The only reason I am giving a 4star is because Brandi front service sat me down and offered me a drink, along with allowing me to keep the incorrect cookedwings, upping her game in customer service. As I am waiting observation: is it is slow, the floors about 70%-80% clean, I see acouple of misc items on the floor that make the tables look dirty, the only suggestion is maybe clean as you go or if you cleanthe table and booth/chairs to include the floor area near the table?. Brandon also offered another drink keeping attentive tohis customer service. I wish I could give this (one and only) Roswell, NM Buffalo Wild Wings a negative review. Unfortunately, I must leave at least... 1 star. This visit was ridiculous. The server was nice enough, but my "meal" was ludicrous. I asked for street tacos and theywere out of chicken. I asked for a bacon/guac burger and they were out of both. So I asked for a cheeseburger, no onion, mayo, &extra lettuce (as I'm on a keto diet). I also asked for a side salad with ranch... no ranch. Also, no carrots or celery,coleslaw, or pretty much anything else. So (as in the pictures below) I was literally served a very tiny, sad patty with cheeseand a very small amount of shredded lettuce. I had to ask our server for a fork and knife, tomatoes, pickles, and mayo. Thevegetables were extremely sad too ???? I was beyond nice with the server and the manager. I did not raise a fuss or even raisemy voice. When the server brought the check I questioned my $9.48 sad patty. She came back and said her manager said that's howto charge me. They cannot discount a bun, onion, a side... nothing. So when the poor girl came back I asked to speak with saidmanager. 10 minutes later the manager came up to me and said the server didn't know how to ring up "just a patty". She blamed itall on the poor server. And this story just goes on... and on... and on. Basically do not try to eat here. And yes I realizethat there are covid supply chain issues (remember I was nice, quiet, & pleasant)... But you can't tell me that they couldn't goto Shamrock, Sam's Club, Walmart, Farmers, or Albertsons to purchase items that they were lacking from their menu?? Read more
Excellent Wings and Good service! The Lemon Pepper dry rub Wings we're done just right. A bit small for my taste but very good.... Took a little bit longer than desired but was worth the wait. Read more
