Food was sub-par drinks where weak and when I asked for a box for the half of chicken sandwich and fries I had left I waited 15... minutes my server walked by twice never looked my way, thinking she would drop my box off when she had time I whent to use therestroom, I was walking back my table just in time to watch my server throw my chicken sandwich in the trash. I know this isjust a chilis and in God forsaken Roswell at that so my expectations were not high. They left me thoroughly disappointed anyway. Read more
My to go salad was missing a main ingredient (avocado) and had no utensils to eat it with and did not have the extra ranch I... ordered. I called and asked them to bring out the rest of the ingredients that are supposed to be on my salad, and they justleft me standing outside in the heat waiting until I called a third time. Then they brought me avocado. Still no ranch orutensils. The woman, who is the same person I spoke to on the phone all three times, told me it?s not her fault because shedidn?t take my order (?) Then she asked if I wanted to come back a third time and stand in the heat to get my saladdressing. The answer was obviously no. Read more
I mean don't get me wrong, the food was good. The service though, that was beyond horrible. Our waitress came to our table 1... time not including taking our order, and taking 4 trips to bring all of our food they kept forgetting to bring. Paid for anunlimited, and was no point. Had to ask after 10 min for someone else besides our waitress to bring us another bowl. In thefuture it is much more worth it to just order to go since that's basically how we felt anyways. Our waitress was enjoyingtalking to her bar customers because they were buying drinks. I guess because we weren't we were not good enough for herattention. Read more
The food was ok. My guess is that they are understaffed. I'm giving them 4 stars because the staff worked their butts off and... remained very friendly and professional. The downside was that the service was slow and the food just ok. The Mango Chilechicken was a boiled chicken breast with sauce on top. I expected grilled chicken, so that was weird. I ordered the standardsides of rice and broccoli and hot rice and mashed potatoes instead. Not a huge deal, just not correct. We had chips and salsato start and the waitress asked if we wanted "queso or guac". We ordered the queso thinking it was cheese. We were confused whenshe brought out a bean dip/chili type dip but apparently that is their queso now. We didn't care for it. It was a decent meal,but the friendliness of the staff is really what made it worth eating there. Read more
We hadnt been to Chilis in a long time. They waitress that took care of us was the best. Benito was not a fan of his salad... quesadilla explosion salad. It looked dry the quesadillas looked like they were from the night before. My plate was pretty good.We ended up sharing it. And we were lucky we got their on time befire it got packed. Read more
Today was an off day for the kitchen it seemed. The white cheddar spinach dip was only a mild cheddar mix, became overly thick... as it cooled. The boneless wings in the triple appetizer did not seem to have enough sauce and the southwest rolls were not asgood. Usually a wonderful experience. Today was an off day. Read more
I have not been at Chili's in a long time and was skeptical. The food was phenomenal and so was the service. The fries were so... good and crispy and the burger was great. I got the santa fe burger with a black bean burger and it was really good. the reasonI am giving it a 4 star is because the restaurant itself was not clean overall. Read more
