The drive-thru line was long but KFC had a worker outside, at the line, taking orders which sped up the process!! We ordered the... chicken popper bowl which tasted like good comfort food and the chicken tenders, which were so good I went inside and orderedseconds! Today's visit was not to order food. It was to rectify a bad experience. I was able to speak face to face with Samantha Ponce... the area manager for Roswell area. She was very friendly and professional and made good on her promise. I will return to thislocation at a later time to order either dine in or carry out. Once again thank you Samantha.
