We wanted to try the Edge pizza and ordered the Ultimate with two minor changes for our likings. We loved it! The entire crust... was crispy. More so towards the edges as would be expected. The pizza here is about average when it comes to pizza. I wouldn't say it's better or worse than other places. I do get... frustrated about their wings prices and the lack of deals with a pizza+wings. Would like to see the wings prices go down andgetting more. Honestly, who eats just 6 little wings? I'll keep ordering from here though as it's better pizza than other pizzaplaces here in Roswell. Read more
Placing the order was quick and easy, and the pizza arrived fast. The pizza itself was hot and top quality and the bottle of... soda I ordered with it was cold and ready to serve. All in all just the kind of experience I want to have when ordering food fordelivery. Read more
App made the experience unpleasant and difficult. Also grew wait time which lead to a cold dinner. I'm without transportation at... the time, so delivery was the obvious, definite choice. Which is why I now dislike the app as one portion of the app saysdelivery, and another one says carry out. (App asked for tip, who tips for carry out?)Upon realizing this I called and spoke toan eager young gentleman. He cleared up the misunderstanding and had our pizza delivered to my house. This was a problem as thatPizza had been waiting on the counter for carryout. (I had a hunch it wasn't at it peak freshness.) This location offers better customer service and quality pizza than the north location. From now on I am literally going to... spend the 20 extra minutes drive time to get pizza from here rather than the one close to my house. One large pepperoni forunder $7.00. Horrible service ...very rude...I eat at pizza hut so freaquently from a whole lot of cities so I know when it is made how it... should be, well I call to let them know when there has been something wrong with the order sometimes I get credit. well tonightI had a order I called to tell them about the chicken just barely having any sauce on the chicken and someone who claims to bethe manager hanged up on me before I even finished saying what I called for not 1 but 2 times they are so rude at this place Icomplained with the office of pizza hut because its enough it is not the 1st time they have been rude I just came back fromliving out of state a week ago and she was saying because I complaint alot she hanged up on me if they would learn how tocorrectly make the food like almost all the other establishments I have eaten at (pizzahuts) then I wouldnt have to complain..lazy ass they need to change the workers they have and get some workers who care about pizza hut and its customers Read more
