We were in vacation and driving home when we discovered a Sonic with indoor seating. We never saw this before. Immediately... when we entered we saw that the place was very dirty. Wait staff did not welcome us nor were they friendly. It was October andthey still had their fake wilting Christmas tree up in the lobby. Owners of this restaurant need to do a deep clean and providemotivational training for their staff. Read more
I love all the food at Sonic. I especially like this Sonic because the service is extremely fast and my order is brought out... promptly. Also the order accuracy is 100% at this store. I love that this is a drive-up and the service people are veryfriendly. Read more
More like zero stars...the girl taking orders over the speaker was rude and made us wait for 5 minutes before answering us, she... got my drink wrong after we repeated it 8 times. Check your order before leaving here because they got ours all wrong. When Iwent inside to have it fixed they all seem to have attitudes. Your employees/ managers need to take customer service lessons. Ishould have brought the food back in because my burger was not even warm. Worst sonic ever! Read more
do not order food from here! The woman at the drive through got our order wrong when we had repeated it multiple times to her,... at the window also! We waited 20 minutes for our food when there was nobody there but us and there were 3 guys (who worksthere)sitting in the front playing on their phones. When we got our order they didn?t bring out the tater tots and we had towait ANOTHER 20 minutes for them just to come out crispy and almost burnt. 0/10 wouldn?t recommend going here. Well I went back giving them the benefit of the doubt, but was let down once again.???? ordered My burrito w/o onions and guess... what? They put onions. Typical for this location. Go figure. The cooks are horrible. The car hop was pleasant . Only partthat was positive. Very disappointing. They dropped the ball yet again. If you have a food allergy to something on the menuthen don't eat there, they'll most certainly screw it up, awesome financial opportunity. This was the downtown location. Read more
Male drive thru worker on Dec 4th would rather cut you off of multiple times attempting to rush the order than listen for 5... seconds for the remainder of the order. Terrible service. Read more
