Awful awful service. It took the guy like 10 minutes to get our order right (it was only 20 bucks worth of food). Then the girl... said that we owed money when we used the pay with your card outside feature.... I am from NY and have never been to a sonic. Iwill NEVER go to one again. Sucked, waited in line to order for about 15 minutes, only three cars ahead of me.. I order a #11, chicken strip plate...one of... the strips was the size of my pinky, and no onion ring... How difficult is it to get an order right? Oh, and no straw for ourdrink... I will not leave the window until I've examined my order first. Placed order, drove into stall 8-10 minutes Later. Checked-in AND used Red Button to inform I was there. I sat in the stall for... ANOTHER 18 Minutes before food FINALLY arrived (so 26-28 minutes after I placed the order!!!). I had pre-tipped the carhop soshe muttered some half-hearted apology about an inspection. I DON'T CARE about whatever the excuse -- the whole point inordering ahead is so I wouldn't have to wait. So much for being "Sonic" (Order 475). They got the order right at least... Read more
Everytime I come to this sonic for a drink, they take 15+ mins to even take my order.. and another 10 mins to bring my drink..... it?s always just a sweet tea w/ vanilla and cream and it?s always takes me 20 mins when i feel like I should take only 10 minstop for everything? Read more
The drive thru menu board doesn't correctly reflect on what one orders. The all American hot dog shows to have more than just a... hot dog and a bun which is not what you get That's fine if that's reflected on the menu board as such, a hot dog in a bun butits not. Read more
