3 stars because half the time service is great. Went in Sunday with only one order ahead of me and it still took over 20 mins to... get my drink. Why? Because they were too busy talking to each other. It wouldn't have bothered me with them talking but theystopped working every time to talk and it wasn't about orders or work. Then because of this the one making drinks didn't knowthe order of the orders. She made the order behind me first then got rude because I asked if my drink was coming. Ordered 2 Frappuccinos and both were more than half full of whipped cream. There was barely enough coffee in the two cups to... fill one small sized drink. I will not be ordering from here again. I am making coffee at home now since my experience here wasdisappointing to say the least. Read more

It was okay. The guys enjoyed your coffees. The music way too loud for us to be able to enjoy a conversation.
Great service. My one and only complaint is, if your going to charge $2.75 for a small coffee that cost your company .50 to... make, please make sure I get a full small coffee, not 3/4 of a cup. Give what you charge cause then it's more of a Rip Off!! Read more
They were out of a few flavors, I asked for lots of ice in my frapacinno & blended good, barely any ice & they were huge pieces.... I waited a more than a good ten minutes for two of the same drinks. There were no other customers! ???? Read more
The straw berry creme is by far my favorite drink there at Starbucks the customer service is great very busy place must try!
