Ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki on 6/13/2022 at around 0900. The sandwich maker appeared to be in a rush. While making... the sandwich it appeared sloppy as he was making the sandwich like little care on how the ingredients was placed in thesandwich. Once I got home, the sandwich was sloppy looking and difficult to handle without the ingredients falling out. The onlyreason I?m giving it a three is only because the food was okay at best. Read more
Went to The Subway at 2nd and Main in Rozwell NM this morning. My bad, I went to early and they were not open. Waited 15 min... till they opened and was the first customer. I said hello th the young lady when she opened the door and got no response fromher. I asked with all the changes going do you still make breakfast sandwhichs. The girl working advised yes but let me checksomething. She went into the cooler and looked and came back and said we only have egg whites. She dident have any eggs periodon her line. She dident say she would thaw some out form me or anything. No further explanition. Her attitude was kind of notcaring much for having to work. I replyed ok thanks, and walked out the door, got in my vehicle and drove to the north store onnorth main. Walked in placed my order with the young lady there and had no prolems. I know its hard to get people who want towork right now but you should be giving more attention to customer service training. The girl at 2nd and main should go find ajob where she does not have to deal with people. The young lady at the store on n main was great and understands the importanceof treating customers right. Usally pretty good but today for lunch i got a steak sub and it didn't even taste like steak even With all the ingredients i got... on it. I didnt finish idk mayb it was undercooked. Ill just stick to the meat balls. Read more
They get 3 stars because the ham was really tasty and the place felt clean. The lady just threw the ingredients on the bread and... at the end rolled it like a pair of socks. When i opened my sandwich it went everywhere. I should have taken a picture but I wasupset and didn't even think about it. Read more
I normally would never write a review for subway. I don?t eat subway. But my son loves their ?tuna? sandwiches so we stopped... here mid road trip to fill him up. I was so surprised at the toppings counter and store. Everything looked amazingly fresh,clean and appetizing. The 2 employees working were very friendly and pleasant as well. Bathrooms were also spotless. Good jobguys. Read more
