I stopped in for a late night bite to eat. The restaurant was dead as they were in the midst of a deep cleaning. We were told... it'd be a 30-minute wait. The cleanliness of the restaurant and dining area, as well as the friendliness of the staff more thancompensated for the 30 minute wait. The food was delicious, a little pricey nonetheless, but well worth it. Staff was superfriendly and helpful as well as patient as we were hungry and anything but. I hardly ever dine here but with literally no otheroptions in our small city, it was either this or gas station food so I feel we made the right choice. Read more
The food is good, if you get what you ordered.. which doesn't always happen. It often takes a while, and is not uncommon to have... an empty restaurant and still spend 5 to 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru waiting late night. On Wednesday, July 27, I went to the Whataburger on north main, Roswell, NM. I placed my order for a cheese burger and... strawberry malt. When I got to the window the server asked me if I ordered. When I told her, she asked me what happened to thecar in front of me. I told her I did not know. When I got what I thought I ordered, I drove off. When I opened my order, Idiscovered that I paid and received the previous order, bacon cheese burger, French fries and malt. The only thing correct wasthe drink. This is my second trip to Whataburger, and my advice to all is STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ONE STARIF I DID NOT NEED TO IN ORDER TO POST THIS STATEMENT. Read more

First-ever visit to Whataburger. People compare it to In N Out and say it?s better but it?s different to me. Both have their own... qualities. Everything was awesome. Got there at 10:30 a.m. hatch cheeseburger burger was excellent but fries were looked and tasted like they had been sitting in... the warmer all morning. This establishment is usually pretty good with everything being freshly made. Read more
