Ordered 12 inch pizza and garlic fingers went to pick it up and noticed the girl who was working cash and taking the food out of... the oven kept her same pair of gloves on while taking payments and not changing them while cutting and handling peoples orders.Could not find my order which was in front of her eyes. Get my home to discover no donair sauce in the box with thefingers....well they were not fingers...they were cut into slices like you would pizza....make a phine call the girl whoanswered the phone passes it off to a young man who clearly should not be handling customer complaints...asked a few differenttimes for a supervisor to be told their manager is not in until tomorrow....ok well asked for the supervisor....GRECO has alwaysbeen my go to when ordering pizza as it is a family favorite but never again from the Rothesay location would much rather travelto the Hickey road location in Saint John where they know what they are doing, are not ignorant and take the proper hygienesteps when preparing meals. I paid for my food online and waited over an hour and a half just to have to call and follow up on an order and be told "Our... driver called in and wont be here for another 1.5 hours. I asked why I had to call them instead of being informed and didnt getan answer, then asked to cancel my order and get a refund, they said they have to talk to their manager and them returned totell me no that i will have to come back another day... because there will be no driver tonight. I asked to speak to saidmanager because nothing was adding up and after waiting a few minutes he returns to say that there is no manager in tonight.over 3 hours later i get an email saying the food is out for delivery after asking to cancel the order... Rude and miss leadingservice, and theft as i did not get my delivery is my overall experience. Never again, thanks anyways. Read more
The pizza was good. We ordered online, and went about 30 min later to pick up. They were swamped. Hundreds of... orders just flying in, very short staffed. Manger was...very vocal in letting the few team there know how they had to digthemselves out. ( I am trying to be very nice). My son ( w me ) and I spent rest of evening quoting the manager tofamily over our pizza dinner. My son insists we head back for more dinner theatre next time in town. Read more

This was my first time ordering from this location. The staff was very friendly. I'm a greco fan but it seams that my pizza... was made without due care and attention. Corner and edge pieces were mostly dough and toppings sporadic with a few deliciouspieces but most were lacking. I'll be trying this location again but if it's the same I'll have to drive to Sussex location toget my fix. Read more
Did a mobile order. Never received confirmation that order was ready. Went into store after an hour anyway. Staff ignored me at... the counter for at least 10mins. When they finally came over, my order had already been ready despite no notification. Food wasgood, price fine, but service sucks. Read more
