I have always enjoyed pita pit, but the last 2 visit, things have changed..1st was the condition of the grill, dirty with burnt... crumbs on it with gave my wrap a burnt taste. 2nd was they added fresh vegetables on top of the old ones, not rotating thevegetables properly. Hope these issues are addressed Read more

Went last week, two guys working were slow and upset that they had to be there. They were hard to understand through the... plexiglass and I don't think English was their first language. Food was good though. Read more

Typically love pita pit but we were very disappointed with the portions at this location. I load my small pita with veggies and... normally its a very good size but from this location it was the size I would expect a toddler to eat. Unfortunately we won't beeating at this location anymore. Read more

Staff was nice when I finally got to meet them. Only one door at front was unlocked. I tried the locked door. Other door on side... was exit. Chairs were on the tables. No staff out front when I peered into the windows. Two open signs made me throw up myhands. Only lady in a parked car yelling to me made me try the other door of the set. Once inside.... I was concerned about thegrill temperature when I had my food cooked. Didn't get sick so I guess it was ok. Also not impressed with the city telling youto turn into the area behind the restaurant off the main road. It's a one way the other way for the takeout lane. Bad experienceoverall. But finally got my food. I was looking for a pita pit so glad I found one. Read more

Pretty tasty food. The portions at this franchise are way smaller than any other one. Go to Saint John for portions that match... the price. The guy taking the orders on the pos for the drive thru during the lunch rush needs some lessons on customerservice. Very condescending for nothing. It costs $0 to be nice to people. I don?t think it?s in your job description to be aknow it all. This isn?t our first time ordering a pita ???? whoever hired him needs to reevaluate that decision. Ps: we gohere weekly and every other staff member is respectful and a pleasure just this one bad seed who hates his life/job projectingit on others. What a shame. Read more

I've been a few times and it is never disappointing. My last visit had me blown away by the customer service! The guy on POS was... patient and very helpful. My mom was struggling to hear and he gave her time and made her feel more comfortable. Greatexperience again! Read more

I regularly go to my local Pita Pit in Rothesay, NB. Staff there are great! Food is always good. I can?t rate a 5 though. Today... at lunchtime there were a number of high school kids there (there is a high school nearby). They were taking up a large part ofthe seating which would be fine under normal circumstances but they were not technically customers since none of them had a PitaPit order. Some had their lunch from home. Some had pizza from the Papa John?s next door, some had coffee etc from a nearby TimHorton?s and there was even some sitting there drinking a Polar Pop from the Irving gas bar. This has happened other times but Iwas more annoyed today because I almost (as a paying customer) did not get a booth. I am not sure why these kids don?t eat intheir own cafeteria nor do I understand why this establishment does not enforce that to sit in their restaurant you must be acustomer. I?ll keep going but if this keeps happening I may not. And for sure if I didn?t get a seat for this reason, I wouldnot be back. Read more

Service was fast and as always plenty of vegan options. I love the spicy black bean pita. Got mine with double "meat". The mango... chipotle powder is good too. You can order ahead online. Read more
