Saw a commercial for the Big Ol Bowl for Five Bucks last week, so thought we would go and try it. Wasn't too bad, just not very... big so ordered a two piece meal and I got two sliders meal. Very busy Friday and had to wait as usual. Connor was great. He was manning the front counter, packing orders and tried to... satisfy all the impatient customers. This KFC is fantastic and the people were very friendly with me. I gave them a coupon for 10 pieces legs and thighs and they... honored it and they were hot and fresh and fantastic. I tried to use the coupon at Vernon Hills the other evening and they toldme they were done cooking chicken at 6:30 p.m. when they close at 9 p.m. so they didn't honor it. I place an order. Cashier does not hand me receipt. On top of that they didn?t mention that the Mack and cheese was not ready: I... Pay for a large Mac and cheese and they give me this. I payed for two chicken sandwiches and total $26 something and I did notget my sandwiches they just filled my bag with cakes. I was not rude but they said 15 minutes for Mac and cheese and I waited 30minutes and it?s not even that hot but no one came out so I went back to the window so they didn?t have to go out. As you can see from the photo, the wings I ordered by coupon was at a very fair price. I enjoy eating various breaded meat. My... issue lies with your breading. There is more breading than meat on your wings, and that's not a good thing. I will also addthat your staff so some of the best employees. So polite and energetic. HEAVILY soaked tenders in oil is what I got i know the sauce is some what oil based/ with the seasonings but is all this oil... necessary? Aren?t they suppose to drain some of it before giving it to the customers? Needless to say when I got home oil wasall over the bag and I still managed to get a picture with how much oil is in the container even after spilling some!
