Order online and never receive my order.. call and they say it?s not there problem because someone picked it up.. had no number... for delivery driver too call and see where that person who pick up my order is at..the app have no one to contact, onlyautomotive computer. Try to cancelled my order but it show still in route for pass 2-3 hours.. so can?t do anything yet.. thinkthe delivery person stole my food and never drop it off.. worst service ever.. seems like no one want to take responsibilitywith the order and told me too contact their app instead.. Ever since the chicken sandwich madness I want to say they are still busier than they used to be prior. Every now and then I'd... crave their spicy chicken sandwich so I'd make the trip over. Their drive thru line is usually long during lunch and dinnerhours but usually moves quickly. If on the rare chance I have time to dine in, their line again is usually long inside. Their isnothing exciting about dining in. Just sit down and eat your meal haha. Food here is all about the fried chicken. That's whatthey specialize in and I know some people go for their shrimp but I ask them why? Maybe because it's cheap but I wouldn't trustthat peewee fried shrimp over fried chicken. I've been to many Popeyes in the USA and some in Canada and the one in Round Lake is the best one in North America. It's clean,... service is fast and they turn over so much food that it's always fresh and hot. They stay close to the original flavors andconsistency. The chicken tastes good. The biscuits are baked well. The rice tastes clean and has the right texture and the redbeans are not too thin and usually have the right flavor. Worth going to if you're looking for a good Popeyes. This restaurant has consistently improved. The staff is very polite, they honor coupons. The spicy chicken is always good. ... Only a few occasions where it wasn't right, I returned or call and they resolved the problem. The sides are great. I especiallylove the fact that they have home style Mac & Cheese. So glad to see that they brought back the Cajun Rice. Not happy the way I was forced to eat it. Generally, a drive-thru, is for... eating on the go. This is how I was forced to eat my rice with a chicken sandwich. WITH THE LID! No fork, no spoon, not even aspork. Your employees need to pay attention to customers needs. Haven't been to Popeyes in a while and I was dissapointed with my first visit back. The tenders where thin.. as in the chicken... was the width of my pinky finger. I had more breading than chicken for lunch. The tenders were also stale, but I came afterlunch around 3pm. Read more

This location NEVER fails me! They are always polite and personable. I always receive my food piping ???? hot and my family... loves it. Once again I drive to this location from the Antioch area and by the time I get home it's still very hot...love, love,love! Additionally this location has awesome coupons. I've posted before and I'll post again as choosing where to spend yourcoins matter!
