If I could give 0 stars, I would. It closes at 1AM and I went an hour and a half before they closed. The lady at the Drive thru... didn?t want to take my order. She said ?the system was down? but it looked just fine to me. I?m sure she just wanted to go homeearly. Very unprofessional and rude. Read more
Went through the drive through ordered a apple pecan salad with 2 pecans and dressings small hamburger and strawberry frosty. ... Got up to pay they gave me only one dressing and 1 nuts I told them twice, gave me another dressing but not the pecans had anattitude when I ask for another pecan. Strawberry frosty was chocolate. They don't listen to your orders . Not peoplefriendly.. when they had half salads you get one dressing, makes sense but when you order a full salad you would think u wouldautomatically get 2.. they have and attitude when you ask for 2. .. I did not eat here. I had attempted to place an order through the app, but the employees had turned off online orders so that... was not possible. When I saw the drive through line I decided to go inside. When I walked in the manager on duty and a girl hadmade eye contact with me, however neither greeted me. That was the one and only time I saw that manager. I walked to the kiosksto order and they were both out of order so I waited at the desk for about 7 minutes before being acknowledged and then informedthey did not have "Tap to pay". I ordered 4 double stacks they were dry as heck I never have a problem with this wendys I'm so upset I go to call and the phone... just rings and rings then someone answers no one on the other end I hand up now phone is off the hook.
