Just stopped here for some dinner and they employees were so very nice and accommodating. We had a nice lady outside taking our... order and a very sweet lady at the window where we paid. I like this network of gast food. However, my experience with Chick-fil-A at Louis Henna was negative: they replaced delux... burger with spicy one (I can't eat it) and missed avocado topping for slad. At around 1:14 PM I arrived to this location. Member took my order in lane 1, I decided to move from lane 1 to 2 to allow other... vehicles to order due to the fact that the lane was long and everyone was stuck in one lane. A member tried to take my orderagain to what I replied by saying I already got it taken, she was rude and said "well you are actually in the wrong lane butjust stay on this lane" I did not reply and simply followed as ordered. At this point I am wondering if I made a mistake, wellmy lane actually takes a long time and I am ok with it, maybe I made a mistake. I reached the drive thru and was not greeted byMr Layne Johnson and asked for my name, I replied and he looked at me and said "you know you were in the wrong lane right?,there's cones, to which I replied trying to inform myself If I made a mistake and if I did so I know better next time and I canfollow proper procedures. At no point was I told what lane to follow and so I proceeded by asking Layne if there is a sign thatsays stay on this lane?" he smirked and walked to get my food which was sitting on the counter just getting cold because hedecided that arguing was more important and very forcefully grabbed the bag, handed it to me at face level saying "I get it!,you don't know how to drive" ...excuse me?, can I speak to your manager? to which he replied by saying "I am the manager". Iproceeded to talk to the Manager inside the location, I encountered Bryan who was really nice and serviceable and said he wouldhandle the situation. I forgot to add one more fact during our conversation so I came back to let him know Layne had wrongfullyused the manager as a position. I was greeted by Layne again and asked him I wanted to speak to Bryan only. He agreed and openedthe door with Bryan next to him. The fries were fresh and hot. The chicken was not. Tasted pretty old. Didn't realize when they rebuilt that there was no inside... dining. Haven't had chick fil a in over a year and I remember why now. Definitely not in a hurry to return. Read more

Dillon is the BEST Chick-fil-A employee that I have met during the time that I have been patronizing your restaurant. In the... past 2 months I have been dealing with a lot of stress and it finally caught up with me physically when I went to order my foodfrom Dillon. Dillon was very compassionate about my well being. He offered me water and a cookie or brownie. That experience hasconnected me to him and I make it a point to ask for Dillon every time I order. I had to tell the manager about my very pleasantexperience with Dillon and I finally had time to write a review. I waited for Dillon to come in this morning and he offered togive me a hug. I really needed a hug today so KUDOS to Dillon. I believe that Dillon is an ANGEL in disguise. Read more

This was my first time having chick-fil-a and I must say, it def exceeded my expectations for a fast food fried chicken joint.... The meat was clearly fresh, not oily at all, and perfectly seasoned. The waffle fries were also not oily as well. Read more

May 19th Still the best sausage biscuits. ???????? Update Feb. 9, 2022 Went by for a sausage biscuit meal and my wife got a... sausage burrito meal. As usual, the food was hot and tasted very good, the staff was personable and proffecianal and we receivedour food in a timely manner. I know I've said it before, this location is very consistent with its product. I've yet to have abad meal here yet. They also have great customer service with real folks and no kiosks or money machines sitting on tables andthey close on Sundays. I wish more fast food chains would adopt this concept. I for one am not ready for a robot world. I likegood old fashion customer service. It makes my food taste better.???? ???????? Update Sept 4th. We went by for lunch today. Ihad a chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a shake. My wife had the same but deluxe. Lunch was good, not a long wait and the ourServer Kathleen was courteous and proffecianal. In my opinion, this establishment is one of the best in Round Rock. ????Theyhave the best sausage biscuit in town. There chicken sandwich is also very good. There staff is courteous and proffecianal.
