This location consistently forgets entire items from my order. Pretty much every time I order from here there?s something... missing. It?s either a side like chips, queso, etc. or an ingredient or two on my burrito. It?s the closest location to me so Ikeep ordering from here expecting it to be different but it?s not. Terrible customer service. I was in line, in person and they proceeded to process phone orders before me! I am physically in... the store. I am first! In preparing my order I got half scoops for my burrito bowl. Are we rationing customers now? At thispoint I was still waiting for the 4 phone orders in front of me to be completed. So I just left. Wow! First time having food poisoning at chipotle. Ordered a chicken fajita burrito bowl for dinging in. Had stomachache right... after. I wasn?t sure if it?s me being pregnant or the food causing the stomachache so I had half of it took it to go. Then triedit again the next meal?same thing happen. And my husband had it too. I usually love Chipotle but this location is consistently terrible. It?s the closest location to me and every time I try getting... food here for the past year my order is either 30 minutes late on the time I selected for pickup, there?s missing toppings orsides on my order literally every time or the portions are so small it?s honestly sad. I?ve tried giving them so many chanceswith a hopeful attitude coming back every time and unfortunately it never gets better. The burrito that my husband got in ourlast order was suppose to have steak, rice, beans, corn, salsa and sour cream and it was basically just a small rice burrito. Sodisappointing. Read more

EDIT: 6.2021 I'm keeping my original review written below to show the change. Changing my score from 1 star to 4 stars now.... I ordered here so many times and the orders were bad. Now they aren't. This location has significantly shaped up. During thepandemic, this has been my go to for quick lunch. I have not been disappointed by orders at any point and I do not second guessordering from this Chipotle DESPITE my previous experience. Glad I gave them more chances after awhile. Those past orders andexperiences were so bad. Glad to see changes. __________________________________ Don't get your burritos to go from here.Because you're not there watching them wrap it, they just put it together carelessly. The website asks you put a name to eachitem but this place doesn't put names on anything so you're going to need to unwrap your burritos to see if someone gotdifferent meat or condiments inside. Pleasantly surprised! Stopped in for lunch before doing some shopping. This store was fast! The food was so FRESH, the dining... room was very clean, and the salsa was hot and delicious. We were shopping in the area and decided to stop in for lunch. It was the expected fare of build your own _____. I opted for the... steak bowl while my wife decided on a steak salad. Everything was okay even though we had to clean our own table before sittingdown. As with most popular eateries the crowds tend to come and go on regular intervals.
