The store manager TJ was incredibly nice and professional. Many Dashers/customers came in and yelled about the wait time and a... lack of some food items due to a nation wide shortage. Give them a break, three men were the only ones working and they werekilling it! One dasher sat down after an employee clearly told him that they didn?t have the type of chicken and couldn?tcomplete the order, when they told him a third time that they couldn?t make the order, he berated them and threatened to callcorporate. These three men were working insanely hard and trying their best, Tim is always really nice when I go there and hasgreat customer service, Xavier was doing an amazing job cooking and multitasking in the back. These men were doing everythingthey could and only responded in kindness and professionalism. Honestly, they all deserve pay raises for how hard they wereworking. For starters drive thru sign was off at night and couldn?t read the menu. I got a family meal got home we had no biscuits and 1... small fry. If I?m paying $40 I better get all my food. Needs a complete overhaul!!! Read more

They have availability on UberEats, but when you place an order and it goes through, the delivery person gets told that 'they... don't do deliveries after 8 PM' - also stupid because I placed my order before that. Why they won't just put food in a bag forSOMEONE ELSE to deliver is beyond me. Fix your schedule on dasher platforms. We wasted a good 30 minutes waiting for ourdelivery, we can't even have food delivered anymore from other restaurants because it's late. P.S. even when they are open,they cancel delivery orders after making you wait 30-45 minutes. garbage. Read more

Terrible service. The drive thru guy was rude and rushing us. Not helpful. Didn't give us options for drinks and ended up with... the nasty dirty tasting Lemonade (even though the receipt says 2 sweet teas). We drove a little out of our way and the biscuitswere not in the bag. The sides are a joke being barely half full. Never again for this location. Read more

To start I worked for Church's long ago and I know how these restaurants should run but this one.. Is something else. I've been... massively disappointed everytime i try this location. The staff is ALWAYS incompetent and lifeless. My side's are always eitherover cooked or under cooked or I just don't get them at all. Spicy chicken might as well not even be on the menu because theynever have any and its nothing new. It's been like this for years. Don't waste your time with this one. I'll NEVER be back tothis location because of how bad they have consistently been for so long. They dont even deserve 1 star. Read more

Close this place down immediately. They're going to make people extremely sick! Chicken tenders were gray and so rubbery that... you couldn't even pull it apart. Everything about the order was wrong. How do you make fried chicken floppy? There is a hugehealth violation happening here and they need to be investigated and shut down for good. Thankfully we're smart enough not toeat it at all.
