I have been incredibly patient with this location. I have waited for over an hour without complaint on busier days. I understand... that they are most likely short staffed and get busy at times. However, I am still waiting after 2 hours when the tracker showsthe order as delivered. The order was never delivered and I doubt the driver missed the obvious apartment number sign rightoutside the door. They are now screening my calls and will not answer to tell me what is going on. Let me start by saying my order took almost 3hrs to be delivered and it took about 40mins AFTER the food had been ready to be... delivered (I was checking the tracker). The food was "warm", but it was NOT fresh nor did it meet my expectations. I asked/PAIDfor extra cheese on one of my pizzas (got extra sauce too but I think that's free) and it seemed as if it was not what I paidfor. Now mind you.. They could have put extra cheese/sauce but because the pizza wasn't fresh I couldn't tell. To my knowledgethough, they didn't do it. Completely disappointed. Almost a 3hr wait time, and 40minutes AFTER my food was done it wasdelivered... Completely unacceptable. Idk, if they were being lazy or if they're under staffed, but if you're "wait time" isthat long you shouldn't be excepting orders! The app or an employee should deny it. Food was good but the night guy took down my card number without letting me know the system was down and then asked me for the... zip code. Then, after I questioned this, he shortly after did the card transaction with the chip reader which could have beendone in the first place. If your system is down, you should let the customer know beforehand. If your system is not down, thenwhy are you having cashiers manually input sensitive information? Transparency would have made the customer service better. Read more
I hate to do it but this is twice in a row. I ordered the same thing twice in a row and both times they take wayyyyyyy longer... than it says. I was supposed to pick up my pizza between 8:21 and 8:31. As I sit here inside at 8:39 they have not started tomake it yet. Not once but twice in a row. If it is going to be 2 hours then say it is going to be 2 hours. Not have me sit herehaving to wait when I was supposed to be waiting curbside. At least the people are nice and it is clean inside. I ordered curbside. Why? So I wouldn't have to get out of my car of course. Unfortunately, the curbside guy thought I'd want to... dive home with my trunk open and kindly left it open for me. I thought maybe he forgot something and was coming back. Sat therea minute and then got out and closed my trunk. I didn't tip as much as I would for delivery, but I did tip. And then had tocomplete the job myself. Other than that, food was typical dominos and it was correct and hot. Read more
I ordered from this location and after an 1 and 10 minutes I called them. They told me there is a 2 1/2 hour delivery wait! I... understand they get busy but taking my money and not telling me that there is a 2 1/2 hour wait is not ok! Do you think theytried to make it right? Still rocking and crazy busy.... and scrumptious! Love the ease of ordering and picking up with curbside delivery. Awesome/... busy- crazy / but rocking my pizzas!! I guess after 5 days without power and water, everyone's ready! Online ordered 2 pizzasand cinnamon sticks and was told 27 minutes to come and get it. Was done in time but had to park illegally. It was the firsttime parking lot was full! Got home with my hot pizzas and cinnamon twists. Everyone here very happy too. This store gets our (sometimes strange) order correct every. single. time. I usually order at least 1 pizza with half ?no... cheese? and this is the only place I can trust to get it done right. Saves me from ordering an entire other pizza with no cheesewhen we don?t really need it. Plus it?s delicious. Always done on time or before our pick up time. Staff members are friendlytoo.
