Literally my favorite location in the area. Bill, the manager there, is so great. Had a minor issue with order and he went above... and beyond to fix it. That kind of service is crazy rare. I'll go nowhere else tbh. Read more

Had a mix up with our address. It?s been saved on the app but their end had it wrong. It happens! They Quickly made amends and... resent our order so I didn?t have to go walk around looking for it in the heat with my toddler. Thank you staff! Read more

This location is a joke and the manager rather argue and tell you that your order looks this way because it was picked up 15... minutes after it?s ready time. I sent my husband back to get this resolved ? notice the difference when it?s actually madecorrectly. We have ordered a few times from this location without issues, but have read on the NextDoor app about the subparservice lately and the manager?s nonchalant attitude about it (pizzas being delivered with missing slices, for example) ? sotake in consideration all the reviews. The staff, manager included, weren?t even wearing gloves and argued about that too. Read more

Really weird experience but I?m hoping it?s because it was late night (order placed at 9:30, they close at midnight). I ordered... a pizza and salad, got a ?security/confirmation? call from them to confirm my order and identity, then got a call from thedelivery driver that he forgot the salad but put the pizza outside and he would be back. I went out and he left two pizzas thatwere not mine. I called and talked to a guy about it and he said the driver had my pizza with him. The driver dropped off thesalad (no notification) but the two pizzas stayed, mine was not there. I called again, they said they would ?probably have toremake my pizza? but I never got it. They were nice over the phone but a really bizarre experience. I left a $10 bill for thedriver and he took it. Really disappointed. Read more

Don't waste your time or money. Decided to treat ourselves with some take-out pizzas on a Tuesday night. Order came out of the... oven at 6:38pm and made it Quality Check at that time. At 7:45pm, the order was still in Quality Check, having sat on a shelffor an hour and three minutes. Called the manager, Matthew, to cancel the order. Hopefully, my $57 will actually be creditedback to my account in 3 to 5 business days. The excuse was a driver being out. When you're only job is to cook and DELIVERpizzas, this is a pathetic fail. You'd be better off buying a bad $5 frozen pizza at the grocery store. The quality isn't muchdifferent and at least you can eat dinner on time. Read more
