Very Rude staff went in for a pick up order, and when they noticed they did not ring me up for my chips and drink Lisa comes and... snatches my chips from my bag and told me I did not pay for the drinks or chips i told her I thought they came with the ordersince I paid $19 and instead of taking me to ring it up she proceeds to say I didn?t ask for them i told her ok that?s finering me up. 2022-Oct Superb app! Easy to customize and order exactly what you want and how you want. Quick pickup spot just inside the... door. But I ordered without ANY onions fresh nor grilled. And it came with plenty of grilled o ions, probably because I askedfor grilled green peppers (as shown on order). Friendly helpful staff on the phone offered to remake the sandwich, just callahead. Called ahead. No problem. Clearly specified no onions but add grilled green peppers. No problem. Went in to pick itup, don?t have it. Hmmm? Nope, not here. Oh! Phone order, not internet? Go stand in the long order line to pick up. Inwhat world does that make sense? Just hand me the darn sandwich wherever it is already! Nope. Stood in line about fourminutes. Got sandwich. Took home. No grilled sweet peppers. But guess what? Grilled onions. Arghhhh. Once again it?scorrect on the order ticket attached to the bag, just not correct on the sandwich where it counts. This location is one of the best ibhave ever been to. The staff has customer care at heart. I have never had any issues with my... food order here. This is the only location that has I have been too and always had a good selection of chips. I also really likethe multiple choices of sodas. The bad news, you will find dirty tables, floors, and the bathroom was gross. Read more

Very poor customer service. Second time going to this location and both times an extremely rude older lady has taken our order.... This time we came in and there was no one else in line or sitting. We took a moment to decide what we wanted and she got annoyedat how long we were talking (less than 2 minutes for two people) and that we asked how much items costed. She tapped her fingersloudly on the counter and huffed and puffed the entire time. The sandwich was really good which is a shame because we would liketo go back but don?t want to be treated that way again by that lady. Read more
Firehouse is the most consistent of all the sub joints. It takes a bit longer to get and costs a bit more but it is worth it. I... generally get the Meatball or the Club on a Sub. Both are always good. Order ahead on the app and have it ready on arrival. Read more
