This is a restaurant but magical play some movie by your choice while you are eating. The chair and the table is designed for... dine in so don?t come if you only plan to watch movies in a comfortable couch that you can lay down. I received an invite in my email saying that it was ?Fan appreciation weekend ?, 08-11 to 8- 14. I tried to buy the tickets... online and the website was down. I had my son try to buy the tickets on his device and he had the same issue. So we drive downthere and I even showed the girl at the ticket counter the email and she refused to give me the price and basically called me aliar. Not hardly fan appreciation! I go there all the time and I cannot believe that I was treated that way. I usually have ahigh opinion of Flix until tonight!! My son and I were excited to see ?Nope?. Needless to say it wasn?t all that great of anexperience. SO DISAPPOINTED. * Terrible customer service!! ?-UPDATE.***** I was so angry about this that I reached out viaemail, not only did they provide me with replacement tickets but they also gave me all of the pass reward points that were noton my account since I was having problems accessing my account. This is the type of customer service that I was used toreceiving from them in the past. I?m so happy to see that they have not lost sight of what is important and loyal customers. After two years of absence, we went back to Flix Brewhouse for Dr. Strange in the Multiverse Madness. The lobby did not change... much except the bench was gone. Inside the theater there were no noticeable changes except there were no old booklet menus butthe barcode to view the menu. The price of items on the menu definitely reflects the current inflation but certainly ismanageable. ???????????? It was great to go back to the theater and watch a newly released movie... Flix is our favorite place to watch movies, and for good reason: the staff here are wonderful and the facility is top notch. We... recently went for a morning screening and were the only ones in the theater, which was a nice surprise. Buying our ticketsonline was a breeze, too. Our server was so friendly and attentive, taking time to chat with us. The theater itself was veryclean, the food delicious, and the projector quality was beautiful. Nice place, the burger was good. But when the movie is finishing, they totally turned on the light which is not over yet. And... also I knew after ED there is an extra story. But one of the employees said to other customer, there is nothing after ED. Prettydisappointed... Edited: Thank you for responding. Yes they turned on the light as soon as the credit started. Went to watch Resident Evil for Thanksgiving with family. We all needed a break from the Thanksgiving dinner pressure. The... service was great. The theater was almost empty. Which I did not mind. There were only about 15 persons and we were five ofthem. I was disappointed with how dirty the ladies' bathroom was. Especially during the Covid risks. Perhaps they wereshort-staffed. Such a good experience. me and my partner really enjoyed it. The service was so friendly and attentive and fast. There's a... button on each seat for you to call service to order food or anything you need or want while you watch your movie. I like howthe tables slide out closer to you. So you don't drop any food on yourself or have to awkwardly lean forward. The server wasfriendly enough for us to sample the beers before we ordered what we wanted. During the week no one goes so we had the theaterto ourselves. Very clean environment not messy or smelly like other theaters can be. The food was okay. the pasta was not thetastiest, it was very overcooked. Next time I will get something different and review it. There strawberry margaritas are reallygood and there mimosas. There's a paper and pen provided for you that you write on so when the server comes you don't have totalk. Theater is smaller then others. Seats are very comfy. Some rock back and forth.
