I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fogueira Gaúcha, and I have to say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. The... food was absolutely delicious - I had the bacon wrapped steak and it was cooked to perfection, with just the right balance ofseasoning and flavors. The customer service was also top-notch - our server was attentive, friendly, and helpful in guiding usthrough the menu. But what really made the experience stand out was the overall vibe of the restaurant. The décor was stylishand inviting, with a cozy and relaxed atmosphere that made it the perfect spot for a date night or a night out with friends. Themusic was also great - just the right mix of upbeat and chill to set the mood. In short, I would highly recommend FogueiraGaúcha to anyone looking for a great dining experience. I took my wife and young son here for dinner a few weeks ago. The food was OK (you go here to get your meat on!) We enjoyed the... meat but we've definitely had better at other similar establishments; for the price I would have expected LARGE shrimp insteadof the medium-is-a-stretch sized ones they brought out and some of the meats appeared to have been re-warmed multiple times andwere dried out a little (though not all were like that.) Overall the meat experience is good for what it is, but definitely notthe best. What made me give this place 2 stars was the service. Our waitress seemed more interested in serving everyone but us;some of the other waitstaff took notice and tried to take up the slack but if I'm spending nearly $300 for just the three of usI'd at least expect my drink glass to stay somewhat full. To top it off, she finally rolled around to drop off the bill with anautomatic tip of 18% (which I understand fully for large parties) but it was just us three by ourselves. We were at our owntable and not part of any group and it wasn't particularly busy when we showed up either. Because of this, we won't be comingback (and we eat at similar restaurants once a month or so.) Note that they supposedly have a dress code, and while we alldress nice we noticed others who showed up dressed sloppily. Most patrons knew this and were dressed appropriately (or evennicer than others.) If you don't have super high standards (admittedly, my wife and I are picky) and you want to impress a datethis might be fun - but for the price and poor service I'd skip it and find somewhere else. OK I can't say enough about this place we love it we went for our Anniversary and had a great time so we back yesterday for my... husband's birthday and to our surprise they got a New Salad Bar???? It looked so Amazing the people were nice they rememberedus???? We brought some friends of ours and we really had a good time and my husband really enjoyed his Birthday So Thank You foralways making us feel so special Our friends really love the place and had a good time also???? This was a first time experience for me. I came here for dinner with coworkers and I did not know what to expect since it was... new to me. We reserved a private dining room so it was nice just being in an environment where it was only us. It felt morepersonal that way. We started off with salads which were delicious. Also had a few drinks which is nice for a get together kindof event. The meats they brought out were delicious! It almost felt never ending in a way, but I'm definitely NOT complaining!The desserts they offered were also amazing. Lots of options to appeal to different peoples preferences. The meats are too much salted, but otherwise very good as expected. The service is somewhat a bit lacking at the expected level.... Understandably the salad bar is closed due to Covid, but one can order it with the server. I didn't like most of the salads Igot, but that is because it was someone else picking for me. We'll come back post Covid to get a real feel for the salad bar. Read more

I love this restaurant! The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is romantic yet family friendly. It's a little bit pricey but... definitely worth the money considering it's all you can eat quality cuts of meat like filet mignon, ribeye, lamb chops, beefribs, shrimp, just to name a few. The food was mediocre at best. For the amount of money this sort of place costs, I really expect exceptional, and sadly, it just... wasn't. I won't be going back. They got two stars because the service was actually very good. Read more
