It was clean and nice people. This girl took my order and make sure it was as I ask for. I?m really picky on with I have on my... burger but Ashley help me out. She even ask as I was enjoying my food if everything was fine. She looks like a great leader, oneof the coworkers was having a hard time on the register and she went and help out and explain how to do it and what he didwrong. The absolute worst experience. This people have no people skills. I've been there twice and the crew never acknowledge us, after... not only waiting for 5 to 10 minutes waiting to order their initial greeting is " what do you want to order" is absolutelyridiculous. Additionally the food quality sucks, they just slap on all the ingredients in the burger and move on. They take nopride in the quality of food is being served.. is bad enough you charge so much for food and we pay more now but also to getsuch bad service is absolutely ridiculous. My rating is only based upon the service and cleanliness of this restaurant. When I arrived nobody was manning the counter, I... had to go around and ask whomever was preparing food if they had someone to help me. Always a good place to get a sundae or a shake! Be patient, there is often just one or two people running the whole show, and... if there's a crowd at the nearby Supercharger service might take a while. Great steak burgers and shakes. We went to McDonald's first because our kid wanted a happy meal. Their attendant didn't even... make eye contact or speak a word. 5 minutes later we were at Freddy's and the attendant chatted us up and even threw in somefree fries because the order took a little longer than usual.
