We ordered a $3k refrigerator with a $200 delivery fee and this is how it was delivered see photo. In my dining room on a... pallet, wrapped. I did the cutting. It was intact. Never have I had such horrible service. When I asked to speak to a managerthe woman would not let me. Totally dissatisfied!!! Know for a fact when you order that you have to install it yourself. My sonordered this with the assumption it was going to be installed because of the $200 fee. I was informed that this is a deliveryfee. Granted, I do live in Kyle, Texas. Nonetheless, this is robbery $200? I have not checked to see if it CLEARLY states thatthey will not install. From talking with the Ikea representative it did not sound as though they make it very clear..." NOINSTALLATION PROVIDED". Why would they? You most likely will purchase somewhere else that does provide installation. Not ethicalat all. Way to go Ikea!!! I was just informed that the delivery fee is now $119. Read more

We?ll arranged and well-stocked compared to other Ikea stores. Management had a good handle on safety and most workers are happy... and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Lots of items in stock, and available. Def recommend the extra drive north for afew things to accessorize the house. Read more

Love going to IKEA and walking around. It's nice to get out and come up with ideas on the "next" project. Store is clean and... comfortable. Displays are nice and give you a good idea of what you are working with. My mantra is measure twice, buy once. Soit's good all the tags have the measurements on them. Great time as always. Read more
It's always absolutely perfect every time I go. Im completely obsessed and in love with ikea. I travel (depending on the city im... going to) about 4 to 7 hrs to get to an ikea. My house is all ikea. From the furniture to the plastic bag holders to the lightsto the the duvet sets I own. I will always keep coming back to ikea. Love it here 10 out of 10 will be back. Read more
A life saver! This IKEA was literally a life saver for us. We needed to update our furniture in the house and we could not find... anything remotely modern in Austin (other than Copenhagen - $$$$). Then our prayers were answered within a month when IKEA cameto Round Rock! Hallelujah! We bought furniture for every room and been happy with it for nearly 15 years now. We are looking toupdate our kitchen this year and IKEA is our first choice once again. They have the best selection of modern kitchens in myopinion. All the prices are right there for you to see. They have an online planning tool, so you can design your kitchen andsee how much the cabinets would cost. They also offer design help where IKEA staff will help you place the cabinets into yourspace. The only thing I would wish for is that they would offer more cabinet widths varieties. The smallest one they offer is12? wide and we would lose quite a bit of valuable kitchen storage space because instead of a 9? cabinet, for example, we needto put in fillets. Absolutely amazing.A must visit.The store is well organized divided into each sections and the sign boards are very clear.The... furniture are modern and sleek looking and doesn?t dent your pockets.Once you like a product you can order it with the staffshelp and you can either pick up or get it delivered for a price.Also they only deliver within Austin not outside if its smallstuffs you can pick it up in your car..The have decor items for kitchen,and rooms.The curtains are also fairly priced.The havelights that look very modern and not very pricey.You can spend a whole day there as they have a cafe that serves goodfood.(Swedish meatballs).Staffs are extremely polite and friendly Read more
